Steven was amazing! He was able to come out the same day we called to fix our unit. We are new to this house, so we didn’t even know where some of our equipment was. He was very patient and didn’t treat us like we were stupid for having the problems we were having (like other companies we’ve used before). He diagnosed the problems we had, fixed them, and then hung around a minute to make sure our house was actually cooling down before he left. Would recommend anyone to not use this company. did not have a good experience with them. installed new ac in our remodel. did not install correctly. no junction box on wiring (potential fire hazard), wiring on exterior not properly shielded (dog could easily chew through unprotected wire and be electrocuted) and wiring was rubbing against sharp metal (see pic) that was quickly cutting it because it was not installed properly. all units installed leaked on the inside of our home because the "professional" did not know you were supposed to use a torque wrench to properly tighten the line connections
