I called this morning due to my sewer backing up - they were able to schedule me this evening at 5. They were here on time, able to diagnose the problem, and get it fixed within the hour. Their price was quite reasonable - I figure if I had to rent the equipment, and the vehicle to carry it, AND perform the work, I would have come out behind. I am a very satisfied customer.

Used this company for the first time for a HW radiator removal. I thought the price was very high, but they promised quick service so that my construction project didn't get delayed further. (Over $700, which was just insulting to be frank). Reluctantly agreed to job, but didn't have high hopes that I would use the company again due to pricing. Cullen came out to do the service and he was wonderful. He didn't mind me watching and learning about my boiler system. He explained what he was doing step by step, and answered all my questions. His professionalism (and complete lack of sexism) is a rarity

Great service! Had a tank that was toast. The salesman came on a Thursday and the installers came on Friday. They did a great job and were quick. Everything is working great. Also, I felt I could ask them a question and get a real answer they were not trying to pull one over on me.

I would highly recommend T-Mark Plumbing. I called them before 7:00 a.m. for basement flooding and they were here before 11:00 a.m. Seth was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He really went above and beyond. I also really appreciate receiving the picture of the Service Technician before they arrive. Again I definitely recommend T-Mark Plumbing.

T-Mark Plumbing did not disappoint. They are one of the few reputable business that does plumbing and heating work in the City of Buffalo. Nick, the plumber who was assigned, was very polite, extremely conscientious and efficient in all aspects of the job. Will definitely request him if there are any other problems at my home. On a related note, I also have set an appointment to have my furnace serviced and trust that the same quality of service will be delivered. T-Mark Plumbing and Heating has earned my trust.

Jacob came to my house at 2:00 promptly for a heating maintenance. He was very professional and nice. Explained my system is old but still in good shape. I was happy with that news. He also said I would get the form for the national fuel rebate. Very happy with the experience. Will recommend and use them again.

I was out of town and my wife called the main sewer is backing up thus,,no toilet, laundry etc. T Mark sent out their technician Brian. while talking over the phone I realized he was the same technician that came out to my house early last year and installed a back up water pump. Their price was the best and his work and professionalism were exceptional. Once again he resolved the issue there was no oversell on the work required as I had experienced earlier in the day with another company. And they do offer a veteran discount

I had what should have been a simple fix, but wasn't. Due to personal reasons, I didn't have the money for the actual fix, but Jon went above and beyond to make sure I got a temporary fix until I'm back on my feet and can call him back out.
And my dog was pretty quiet while he was here and working. My dog doesn't like strangers, and is never quiet while they're here and working.
He knew this guy only had the best intentions.
The temporary fix to leave me with some peace proved it.
10/10 recommend.

Keith and Kyle came out replace my boiler system. They literally created a work of art in my basement. Super clean install. Works great, looks amazing. These two were extremely professional technicians and they should make the company proud to have them. Great customer service and were even patient with me as I asked 27 different questions.
