Called him for estimates on water tank and plugging some drains down basement I had problems with. He came over within a week and gave a fair price. We scheduled a day to do work and picked an early morning time "so I would be first one and not have to wait. Waited 8/1/14 for several hours after 830 when he was supposed to arrive. No answer on phone. Several messages were left and no answer and no call back. The next Monday I went to speak with him at his place in tonawanda and he was there. Told me "I was busy. I couldn't even call you back. Things come up." I told him I missed
