The service was perfect! Scott did a really fantastic job with my carpets--he got all the stains out. I also appreciated that he was upfront with pricing over the phone (which was very competitive without all the gimmicks and sales coupons). Service, communication and pricing were all 5 Star. I would highly recommend!

Scott did an amazing job cleaning my area rug! He is knowledgeable, on time & professional! After my dog was sick I had some stains on an area rug, he did an amazing job cleaning the stains out. Scott was fantastic! My couch was literally destroyed from the cats, dogs, neighbor kids, and quite a few late night drink spills 🤭 ! The arm rests were almost black. To the point that we thought it was wear and tear. But Scott was able to get those stains out, and make the couch look brand new! Apart from the actual scratches my kitties have done over the years. I wish I had taken before and after photos to show how great of a job he did. As if that wasn’t worth it enough, he went above and beyond the job I paid for. He cleaned my sofa chair and ottoman as well as my carpet. That was so generous

They did an awesome job! We have two little boys, two cats and a big dog and the carpets were spotless and look like new when they were done. They were professional and efficient. My wife and I are both working from home and they were considerate of our schedules while they were here. Highly recommended.

Had Eco Clean come out to do our carpets had tons of small urine stains from our dog that came out and honestly I was super surprised at how new the carpets looked! The technician (I believe it was Scott) was super friendly and professional. He even found one of my wife's favorite earrings and gave it back to us. Super trust worthy guy. We have hired him twice now and he will be our go to guy from here on out. I think the company slogan says something like...old fashioned customer service with the newest technology.. something like that..anyways lived up to the slogan! Solid customer service.
