Commercial buildings / Businesses and Shop Owners, however, require frequent cleaning- varying from once a month, twice a month, once a quarter and so forth. Are windows that are stained or have hard water spots more difficult (and expensive) to clean?.

I hired Lyon first to clean the windows on my prior home in preparation to sell it. He was extremely quick to respond, and I needed them done quickly prior to a sooner than expected open house. He set an appointment for early morning the day of the open house, which is the only slot he had available. He remembered my open house situation and later called me back and said he finished another job early, and could come by the day before and get the job done. He did a fabulous job, the windows sparkled, at a very reasonable price. I hired Lyon again to clean the windows at my new home in Carlsbad

Lyon was great! We have a pretty big house with I believe he said 42 windows! It was priced extremely fair and the windows were immaculate. He arrived on time when he said he would and really did a wonderful job. I referred my mom to him and we will be using him again as soon as they need a good cleaning:)

We have used Ortega 3 times and the man is an artist. Windows and doors are spotless, screens are cleaned and best of all he shows up exactly when he says he will. So fast and efficient you don't know he is around. Highly recommend him to anyone.
