Servpro was there in a flash when our apartment flooded. They cleaned up the damage, removed the furniture and stored until we were able to move back in. Cathy was a pro at packing. All of my antique glass was expertly packed. The movers , who brought back the furniture, were friendly and mindful of each piece. Kudos to Servpro.

6+ months after the work was done and being told we had zero balance, we're getting sent invoices for 'extra work'. The reason for the 'extra work' has changed at least 3 times on the sent invoices. When they send the invoices, they don't copy my insurance company or include any of the previous correspondence. Very unhappy as we budgeted our money based on being told we had zero balance. Terrible accounting, wouldn't recommend.

The young men were polite and respectful. I do think they ran out of energy by the ending of the shift. The initial work and end work were different levels. I also found them sitting around when I thought they were working. I am not sure but I think I might have walked up on one of them vaping in the building. Overall, I give a solid “B” performance. They left some spots in the last room. They tried to scrub spots after I mentioned it not sure if they can really come out.

They laid new carpet throughout the house - moved all the furniture and were very professional and courteous. From the calls before arranging the day and time to the followup after installation - They got it all right. Beautiful job and skilled installers. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again! A+ workmanship!!

We had a water leak that went into our walls and floors and Servpro was quick to respond (on a Sunday morning) when I reached out. They scheduled someone to come to the house quickly and the work completed was thorough and timely. The team that came to do the mitigation were all professional, courteous and then they said they would be there, they were! We will be using them to do the repair work as well!

I hope you never have water damage...but if you do, you’ll be in the best of hands with ServPro. We had a massive flood in our kitchen and ServPro was responsive and professional. Justin was our outstanding team leader; and he consistently kept us informed about what was happening during the clean up process. He never made us feel rushed, and he always answered our questions. Keith at Servpro and his entire team were quick, knowledgeable, compassionate and extremely helpful. We had a sewage leak in our crawl space and with only one bathroom in our house it was necessary to take care of immediately. Within 10 minutes of my initial contact with Servpro they had Keith on his way out to inspect the situation and by that afternoon they were at my house taking care of the situation.
