5 stars all the way for this team. Lynn the owner, was available by cell phone immediately upon being referred to them. Chris was absolutely wonderful, he was the one that did the demo, and mold remediation. He was professional, thorough, neat, he dealt with the insurance adjuster, he was very responsive and treated my home as if it was his home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than this.

First of all, I am a builder and know the difference between construction well done and that which is not. This is also not my first restoration job on my personal home so I have something to compare their work with. I could not have been happier; there was never a question of quality work.
Everything they did met my high standards. What I appreciated most was they were timely in their response to getting everything done. To me, that was important as the work quality. I highly recommend Virginia Restoration Services for any restoration and reconstruction work you might have.

I had water damage.Vrs did not properly dry the wall. They painted over a damp wall and of course the paint peeled the wall cracked. I have water stains and mild. The ceiling tile they replaced started pulling away less than a year after the put it up. The flooring started peeling up. They removed a threshold and didn’t replace it so I was left with a gap. I had molding that was damaged. When I asked why they didn’t replace it they said that they didn’t include it in the estimate. Now I have to spend more money to get someone to fix all their mistakes. Undate...the ceiling tiles fell!

The folks at Virginia Restoration Services were so professional. They showed up when they said they would and did everything they said they would in a timely manner. VRS turned an unfortunate and very untimely issue into something we could tolerate knowing it would be a limited inconvenience.

When a large oak tree took out part of our roof and master bathroom my Independent Insurance Agent of 30 years didn't hesitate to recommend VRS and we are so thankful he did. Within hours Adam with VRS took control of the project stayed on it to the end. VRS was very thorough and fair with their estimates resulting in fast approval by the insurance company and the timeliness and quality of the repair work was great. Thanks VRS!

They were the first to arrive following my incident and offered to assist me. The fireman spoke with me in a follow up and told me that some predatory contractors have that habit, but looking to google and not discovering much to discourage me form using them for my restoration, I moved forward.
My neighbors and neighbouring contractors
have personally made the effort to catch ne and mention to me that many times the workers would pull up and either sit in the car for hours smoking or on the porch making calls

Fantastic, superior service, followup, workmanship and referrals. The President of VA Restoration personally came to my job within hours of my call. This was not a huge job, and I wound up paying for expenses out of pocket--and he was aware of that and still took a personal interest in the work. We had a brown water leak in our basement and garage, requiring plumbing, dryout, sheetrocking, carpet repair and air purification. The entire company--and I mean every single individual I dealt with--from office staff to PMs to technicians to subcontractors--was friendly, honest, professional, knowledgeable
