Came out quickly to assess and get the area dry. But several months later still waiting on the rebuild to be completed. Finding it extremely difficult to get in touch with the company. They are apparently having trouble with the insurance company approving a supplement to work they initially neglected. I will update the review depending on outcome.

Had water damage, the company the service was ok but afterward, the company worked directly with my insurance company with price of service, I received an email from Danielle , the insurance company is not paying the full amount for the work, How is that my problem? when 911 was working directly with my insurance> Now they are threatened to put a Lien on my house if the insurance company does not pay them the rest of the money. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a company This is horrible, Please do not use this company poor business practices.
