The temperature in my house was 40 degrees when the technician, Denzel, arrived and he said it was probably the coldest house he'd been in. But he quickly diagnosed the problem and within ten minutes it was fixed and the heat flowing. All for just the $85.00 service fee. Denzel was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be using SirChill again and be recommending them to friends and family.

To say that I am blown away by this young man’s service is an understatement! My hot water heater went out and I called out a large commercial company that was trying to charge me thru the roof. My Furnace failed right before the weather began to break and of course it happened during a very financially challenged month. I spoke with Mr. Mcghee and He educated me on the reasoning of my furnace failure and then explained to me my options in regards to repairs from least expensive all the way to top of the line; I was extremely amazed at the transparency in which He provided when it came to possibilities for repairing. After getting all of the essential details He was able to replace and install my Furnace and it seemed to be a walk in the park for him.

I would absolutely stay away from using this company! We had to have our a/c units for the entire building (6 units) disconnected (and eventually re-connected) so that our roofers could move them to replace our upper roof. We reached out to quite a few places and SirChill came in at the best quote as someone who was ready and willing to take on the project. I made sure that when we finalized the service agreement and payment we clearly stated what would be done. Denzel was who came out to disconnect the units was on time and seemed to do a good job. The estimate we were given was for the total
