We had them sand and finish our original hardwood floors in the front of our house after we bought it and they came out great. Used them again on the back 1000 sqft for a den and play area and used a laminate. they did great each time

I special ordered some white oak solid wood flooring for my office remodel and subbed Rockholt flooring out for the install and staining. I just had entire office repainted ( all trim special made because it's a historical building) as the installers were staining I noticed them literally slooping the stain all over my new base boards. I asked them why they didnt mom ask off and they said" they don't do that!" . I called owner he acted surprised that I was upset said I should have masked it off. He showed up later with his partner to squabble about how much to take off to repaint all the newly
