We hired them to replace bedroom carpets and to refinish newly exposed hardwood floor in the hallway. The experience with the carpet was fine, but our hardwood floor refinishing project turned into a nightmare. It wasn't that their contractor was a bad floor man, but their customer support between them and the contractor they hired gave us horrible customer support, not informing us and as a result the floors got marred up beyond repair and had to be completely redone.
