We had the WORST experience with trying to get Roto Rooter to do the bare minimum. Called and called and called around on a holiday weekend, and these guys totally saved the day. Professional, kind, hard working, and didn’t try to take every dime we had. Really impressive technicians with great skill and integrity. I’d give 100 out 5 stars if I could.

We had major drain issues at our home. Our plumber recommended Drain Werx to us. Once we called them, their Operation Manager (Evan) had his guys to our home within an hour! They were the most polite and professional men!! My husband and I were so impressed with their knowledge and how they had the latest in technology to correct our issue. I'm a licensed plumber in the Birmingham area. While working at a customers house I recommend they call Drain Werks to jet they're sewer line. Dakota showed up within two hours of customer making the call. Dakota was courteous and did a awesome job! He even took the extra step of not only sending the homeowners before and after videos, he also sent them to me. Gave me peice of mind knowing my customer was taken care of.

Man, I was in a pinch after my countertops got installed and the new sink was all set. Needed the disposal and the faucet hooked up and my water turned back on! Called them and they came out within like 2 hours and knocked out the job quick as all get-out. Trey was super attentive and professional and made sure the job was up to par before taking off. Pricing was fantastic as well. Very satisfied and glad to have such a responsive great resource available to me in the Birmingham area!

They were called and came out. I had previously had 2 other plumbers come out which I passed on and I’m glad I did. My water system is going strong and they really made sure I had everything fixed. Red is the best and super friendly. He knows what he’s doing and figured it out quick. The only issue is that they did have to go underground so now my yard is a mess so it would’ve been nice if they put gravel back down but at least my water werks!!! Just know that you will get people that know what they’re doing and make them your first and last choice.

Duston and Chris did a great job taking care of our kitchen clog by jetting the drain. They were friendly, yet very professional. They did a thorough job and double checked the drain before they left to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend calling Drain Werks if you have a plumbing problem!

Dustin and his dad Marcus did a ton of work for me at several of my properties and at my home. They are honest, fair and always have a fair price. I trust them with all my plumbing problems.
