Jason was very knowledgeable in diagnosing my plumbing problem. He used excellent critical thinking and methodically got to the root of the problem.

Had a leaking pipe inside our home. Guin was able to schedule service in a timely manner. The administrative staff were courtesy and helpful. Our repair tech, Jason, was on time, quickly identified source of leak and completed repair. He was polite and knowledgeable. Extremely satisfied with the experience with Guin.

I've used Guin on multiple occasions. The professionals they send are always courteous, knowledgeable, and expedient! I've had them evaluate a waterline issue (they referred me to another company that was great), install a new hot water heater, and perform HVAC maintenance. I highly recommend Guin!

Guin was amazing! They are very responsive and were able to fit me in quickly with a water leak of my hot water heater. Tim was on time, communicative and very helpful! He was able to get me a replacement on my hot water heater next day and installed it and fixed several other things that were incorrect with the previous install. He went over everything with me at the end to make sure I understand how to work everything. I can not recommend enough. Their five star rating is the real deal.

Guin excels in communication. I love the emails and text messages. They have also been on time for service appointments and so far all the work done appears to be excellent as well. Their employees were polite and careful while working inside my home. I would definitely recommend them.

Dewayne was personable and professional from my first phone call when my water heater began leaking. He walked me through turning it off and came to remove and install a new one very promptly. He was neat with his work and thoroughly explained the features of the new water heater. A seamless process. Could not recommend him or Guin Services more!

The guys came out on an already over-booked schedule to clean my sewer line because they heard i had kids and couldn’t use my water until the sewer line was unclogged. They were incredibly nice and very quick. Cannot say enough good things about Guin and Richard was amazing.

Thanks Alex at GUIN HVAC for getting my HVAC system back working very fast. Stopped working at 8:30pm last night. Alex was working on it this morning at 11am and replaced motor control board and finished by 12… noon. Great service and very professional. I could not have had better, more prompt, or more professional service. I had been using one of their competitors to service my old furnace and ended up paying a few hundred dollars for new parts every 6 months or so. After getting fed up with that I called Guin and will never call another heating and air company. Guin came out day of and got me a… new unit much cheaper than I expected and didn’t leave my wife, young kids and I in the cold. Their team was very friendly, played with my dog and said hey to my kids when they came home. I would give six stars if I could.

Dewayne and his assistant came to our aid today and I am so grateful. They were both courteous, pleasant and efficient. I was not looking forward to not being able to take a shower over New Year's - they came out on short notice on New Year's Eve. Thank you!!

Chris and Chase were beyond fantastic. They arrived quickly and checked everything thoroughly. They helped us solve the culprit to a basement leak that two other people couldn't solve. We highly recommend them and Guin and will use them in the future for plumbing and heating needs. Thank you!!!
