I had Jim came over right before leaving for Thanksgiving to help me stop a leak from a very old water heater. He responded and arrived promptly which really put my mind to ease before our trip. Later his company installed a tankless gas water heater. The job was done efficiently and professionally. Jim the owner explained the process in detail. Jimmy and Coty were professional and very knowledgeable regarding my problem with my gas fireplace. They identified the problem within minutes and it was fixed in no time. Jim Stewart was a pleasure to work with. He provided an estimate which is what I was ultimately charged after the work was completed. He showed up for the work when he said he was going to be there, and did a professional installation, including cleaning up after the water heater was installed. He also gave a thorough walk-through of how the thermostat works and how to do yearly maintenance on the water heater. I would highly recommend using Coleson Plumbing.

I just want to recommend a nice and knowledgeable plumber -- Jimmy Coleson, owner of Coleson Plumbing and Gas -- who fixed a problem with my hot water heater. He came to the house within an hour of my calling his company. He is a very nice gentleman who diagnosed the problem right away and repaired it in about 15 minutes, replacing the expansion tank.
He explained it was a common problem and that there is a bladder in these tanks that needs to be checked yearly and air pressure added if necessary. The bladders can burst like a bike tire inner tube. The hot water heater has a tag on it that says

Phenomenal job! Jim came out on the weekend and quickly installed a new water heater. Quality work and he gladly explained the parts, process, and many details. I called and scheduled someone to come out and inspect a few issues and quote some work I needed done. They were supposed to arrive the next day after lunch.
I didn't hear from anyone for a week.
My wife called back and the owner talked about how embarrassed he was, assured us this wasn't typical behavior from his company. He promised to be out that day or the next. We told him we would be there since we could work from home.
It's been 5 days. No word. No show. Nothing.
They may be great at what they do, if they feel like showing up. But I guess I'll never know.
