We are currently engaged in several new construction projects such as custom home builds, home additions and remodels. At TRI-CITY Heating & Air we work efficiently and deliver promptly to support new construction completion in a timely fashion.
All they need is a vehicle that will hold the equipment, and maybe some advertising if they don't already have a business in the cleaning or HVAC industries. Duct cleaning can usually be a very profitable business. On the surface, you might ask, who wouldn't want clean or cleaner ducts? So, with all this logic, why don't I buy some duct cleaning equipment and start cleaning it up?

Terrible communication! We had an HVAC unit put in by Tri-City. They never pulled the permit. I asked about it later since it was required and the owner just said that he always discusses this beforehand, which he never did. Why would I want to do this? I asked him for his help in getting it, even offering to pay. Instead, he just stopped returning calls or emails. I had to do it myself. Once the work is done with these guys and they're paid, that's it! You'll never get them back on the phone to correct anything.

These guys are superb. Very professional, very concerned and highly responsive to the customer. I used them 5 years ago to replace the heating and air ducts in my crawl space. They did a fantastic job. I finally got heating and air conditioning to the far side of my house for the first time since I had moved in 9 years before. Then, recently, 5 years later, I had an issue in that crawl space that involved both the plumbing and the ductwork. The plumber was going to charge me like $1800 to do a complicated fix. I contacted Tri-City, who assessed the issue, came out, fixed the problem in under 2

We recently replaced our old HVAC system with a new one. We have a two-story home with vaulted ceilings, so the upstairs is usually at least 15 degrees higher than downstairs during the summer. We had to set the thermostat in the 60s at night just to be able to sleep upstairs. We got four quotes from four different HVAC contractors and received four different recommendations for how to solve our problem. Trust me, it's not as simple as replacing your heater and AC. Systems are much more complicated these days, and different contractors have differing levels of experience and knowledge

To add insult to injury I can't say enough about the incompetentacy of the work that was done on my 90% 3 stage modulating system. Tri City came out in Sept and supposedly changed out the heater coil (BIG $$$$) because of an air flow problem. To my surprise they did NOT change out the heater coil at all....They replace the AC coil which is totally different than the heater coil, aka heat exchanger. Today I had a knowledgeable company called Blue Star come to my home and cleaned the Heat Exchanger/Coil. Okay I needed advice on whether to replace my ~12 year old HVAC system since the furnace is in the attic and I am planning a re-roof soon. Steve called me back and methodically went through what I had going on with my current system, (return air ducts, filtration, etc.) He did not pressure me to buy and we came to the conclusion not to replace the unit at this time. We were fortunate to have TRI-CITY recommended to us for a heating problem in our rental. The installers, Jacob and David were very knowledgeable and had it running it just a few hours.
Recently we decided to replace our home's entire HVAC system and because of our great experience TRI-CITY, we called Steve, the owner. He is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air in August! I called Tri-City and they got back to me right away. They scheduled a next day appointment, were on time and had the problem fixed in a very short time for very reasonable fees. Steve, David & Jacob were all very professional. After doing a lot of research and getting estimates from multiple companies and seeing how each company approaches the job of selecting the right equipment, sizing, and putting in a new HVAC system for a 2 story house, we chose TRI-CITY and are thrilled we did. When Steve came out and reviewed our old system and made his recommendations he explained everything in a way that we could understand and he quickly built trust with us and HE DELIVERED!

104 outside, and our air conditioner decided to stop blowing cold air. After trying to figure out the problem ourselves, we gave a Steve a call. I have used Tri-City the last house we lived in to service our AC and now our new home most recently. The owner Steve recently came out with his guys and was very professional and of course the technicians he sent out very helpful in explaining issues we had. Only issue is, he is always busy! I do know he likes pizza because he saw my little pizza oven and gave me some good tips for that as well. I will do business in the future with them but hopefully no time soon.

As a senior citizen, I want to express how thankful I am to Tri-City.
When my blower on the furnace went out ,the entire system stopped. I called several companies but they could not come out for close to two weeks. I then called friend Glenn Hoffman, who recommended Tri-City...they made time, came out immediately and did the repairs .so greatly appreciated...thank you so much

There should be 10 stars for this company! Our system failed after 25 years of faithful service (and of course, it chose to fail during a heat wave). We were fortunate to have been referred to Tri-City. They squeezed us in, assessed our needs and gave us a fair price for replacing the entire system. Steve was absolutely solid in his ability to recommend a new unit that we would be happy with for the next 25 years. We felt very confident in his suggestions and pricing.

Like most people, I only decided it was time to fix my air conditioning during the hottest and busiest time of the year for HVAC companies. I originally went on Home Advisor to look at company ratings, and ended up being spammed by several companies I didn't even look at or request contact from. I ended up using one of the company's free diagnostic services, but I felt like their estimate was going to be ripping me off.

Fantastic service and fair pricing.
My upstairs and downstairs A/C units were not blowing cold air and the guys at Tri-City assessed the problem quickly and fixed everything in about an hour. Steve and David know their stuff and they're very transparent about they work they do. Highly recommend them.

Anyone that has had to have any HVAC/AC&R work done on their home knows what a crap shoot it can be to find a "HONEST, RELIABLE AND COMPETITIVELY PRICED" company. After getting burnt by another local thief, I made several calls and heard many good things about TRI-CITY. Steve has a very smart crew working with him. They replaced all the duct work under the house. The system now blows 3 to 4 time the amount air from the vents! This repair will pay for it self in less then 2 years!
