Suntrek installed solar panels for my electric as well as solar heating for my pool. Although we hit a couple of delays, mostly because we were doing this at the end of 2021, end of the year is always busy, they got it all done and we are up and running. And my pool solar has already gotten the my pool water up from 55 degrees to over 70 degrees within a couple of weeks! I will be swimming in January! Yah!

After calling 5 different companies- eventually getting bids from 3 of them....Suntrek won our business. They are honest and did a great job. From the time we signed our contract to the time the solar was up was 2 weeks!!! Unbelievable. That includes the time it took to get the permits. Ethan was very easy to work with and thorough. He always picked up or returned calls promptly. I highly recommend them for both pool and electric solar.

So nice to deal with a professional company and people who you can trust. Ethan & Logan offer service excellence. I had a 52 panel solar system put in 8 years ago (2012) for $80k by SunTrek. Yes we got tax deductions, great savings from the solar system, etc. SunTrek got a lot of money and made a profit.
Five years ago my roof started leaking, I needed it repaired. Suntrek yoffered $5000 to remove and replace all the panels. I had the roof patched without doing that.
This year my roof started leaking again. I needed to remove the panels. The new bid was $7800 to remove and replace the panels by SunTrek. The system works well, it's still produces electricity. There are some panels with bad spots that

I was completely lost when it came to fixing my pool solar and this company was amazing. They came 72 hours from when I called. The guy they sent was amazing, super professional and knew exactly what he was doing and educated us. Our solar works again! Thanks Suntrek! I'm using you guys when I need to update our equipment. Another company wouldnt service is because our equipment was ten years old.

This company does a terrible job and then tries to charge you again for their mistakes. Two weeks after installation the system broke down. The tubes on the roof come apart often, spewing water everywhere. They did not lay the piping flat; nor did they install a shut off valve to drain the system for winter. Their solution to everything is let us come out and fix it and charge you again for a job done poorly in the first place.

Suntrek installed our pool solar system 5 years ago in April 2014. Just before July 4, 2019, we noticed water streaming down the roof from the T intersection of the hot water return. Even though the company was incredibly busy with the Holiday and peak summer season, Logan worked diligently to fit us into the schedule for a repair. Our solar system was previously installed by Suntrek and after 16 years of excellent service, the high winds of our winter storms dislodged some of the panels. We decided to refresh the whole system and Ethan showed us some now available better options. The solar was replaced, and it looks great. Jose and Neddy were very accommodating and courteous as they worked on installation. After the job was completed, I asked Ethan to change one of the panel angles--- and shortly thereafter Aaron came to make the adjustment. Want to give another BIG shout out to Suntrek they installed our pool solar we had a couple of minor things that needed looking at and they sent Neri out to our house on a Friday at 5:00 o'clock, he's a very cool guy and knows his stuff he fixed the problem and never complained. In 2004, Suntrek installed solar heating for our swimming pool. Recently, we discovered an issue with the system. Today, Neri, a Suntrek technician, arrived to fix the problem. We could not be happier!!! He not only repaired the particular problem with the solar but identified and repaired a faulty sensor issue and replaced a valve that was in disrepair. After over 18 years of and extended swim season and warm pool, I have had to replace my Suntreak pool solar. The crew responded fast for the demo of old system and a week later installed the new one! The crew was on time and very professional!

I have a 14 year old solar heating system that Suntrek installed that hasn't worked in years we found our contract saw that it was still under warranty.Suntrek is not standing by there product they gave me 3 options but I have to pay on each. I'm having the system removed and taking Suntrek to small claims I would not recommend this company to anyone stay away they have no customer service very rude.

I had my solar installed by Suntrek back in 2007. The Suntrek team were on time and the workmanship was spot on. I am a very picky homeowner i have continued to use Suntrek for other energy needs to bring my energy costs down. They have installed a variable speed pump on my pool and that brought my monthly bill down about $ 50 monthly.
They also installed a solar water heater and a on demand wall water heater that works in conjunction with the solar water heater when it's cloudy out. The installation team on all these products where very professional and did the little attention to details

I had a awesome experience working with Ethan Heine and Suntrek. We had a 12 year old solar pool heating system that Suntrek installed for us when we orginally built our pool. Although everything was still functioning well, we had a need to replace our roof so we decided it would be a good time to update our solar pool heating system, all of our pool equipment and also add 8 new solar electric panels.

We had this system installed on our roof for our swimming pool
12 years ago. It's still working!! No leaks and still heats up our pool about 6 degrees higher than otherwise without solar. The system at that time cost about $3,300 and heats up our enormous swimming pool. The system covers our entire back roof. The only downside is the sensors have to be replaced about every five years at a cost of a couple hundred dollars. I suppose that is to be expected. Overall I'm glad we got this and would highly recommend Suntrek to anyone.
