We will be having our tile roof removed and reinstalled soon with Level 1Roofing. Cory Ruppert came out to inspect our roof the day after we called. He was exceptional and patient with ALL of our questions and explained thoroughly all of our options. Got my roof replacement from Level 1 Roofing. Danny was my contractor he was detailed on what would be done to my roof. I had issues with the insurance but Danny provided photos and documentation supporting what my roof required. When my roof replacement took place Gerardo was the installer I was amazed of the workmanship. The workers finished the job in 4 days they were on time and very efficient. I would recommend Level 1 Roofing to all my friends family

Wow, I thought I had left a review right after the work was done. I should had because this company deserves to know what a great team they are. I searched and asked to so many companies. This company took time to explain words and materials to me while knowing I was still in research mode.
The cost to do the job was fair and fitting. We had a little differences in opinion of color and they corrected it immediately. This difference was do to my not communicating it to the team and the workers that came not coloring as to previous color. This is the company that will stay in my phone book for all

They gave us a reasonable estimate and did not try to charge us for extras such as building permits which other companies did in their quotes. The work was done quickly, neatly. All of the workers were polite and presented themselves as sound representatives of their Company. The condition of their equipment and trucks also reflected a Company with sound judgement. They cleaned up thoroughly and made sure I was satisfied with everything they did. I highly recommend Level 1 Roofing.

Cory was the rep who formulated our quote for repairs during this past rainy season. He was on time, and answered all of our questions. He scheduled the repair, and the work crew was on time, professional, and courteous. Cory also factored in a military discount. Great company and they repaired our roof leak effectively and quickly. My roof had a lot of cracked and slipped tiles. I was so stressed thinking we would need a whole new roof, but after the estimator Cory came out, he showed me pictures and let me know that the rest of my roof tiles were still in good shape, but just needed to repair/replace the broken tiles. Jessie in the office, was awesome at communicating with me throughout the whole process. After the estimate came back, I was really impressed with how detailed the work that was being done was laid out for me. My wife and I purchased our first house last year and had some minor roofing issue noted during the inspection that we needed to have fixed. We were just under a week out from having a large solar system installed (I know - late) and was looking for a company to inspect / service ASAP. Great experience with this company. Chris came out to two of my rental properties and did inspections. Found one home to have an issue and the other he found was ok. This was in the middle of all of the rain we had going on so of course everyone's roofs were leaking. I was able to docusign the contract and pay deposit online. Very easy process and they came out quickly to do the repair. Would recommend for sure.

Great experience getting my roof fixed right after some heavy rains. Cesar walked me through the process and give me a couple of options on how to proceed on the repairs. Was able to sign the contract via email and have it taken care of for me.
I got before and after photos which I really appreciated since I don't want to get on the roof myself. Nice to see what you pay for.
