We had a contractor a few years ago install our flat roof deck wrong we ended up with a big pond on a roof and it started leaking everywhere. We met with several different contractors most of them wanted to patch it up, not do the right thing but when we met with Robert at RT Roofing, he only wanted to do it right. Now we have a completely finished roof deck and we're super happy with their service. We highly recommend Robert at RT Roofing!!

Tried to call RT Roofing for some concerns on roof work done in 2017 that was warranted for 10 years and to have them assess roof for solar. Called several times and left messages but no call back on either issue. I've used RT Roofing on at least three separate occasions for many years but the service appears to have gone downhill and customer loyalty doesn't seem to be a concern; the warranty I have with them appears useless. I would not recommend RT Roofing.

Reached out to RT roofing last week to get a bid on a leaking roof and to also perform an inspection on the rest. Staff was very friendly on getting me scheduled for the following Wednesday and took the day off from work to meet the inspector for a quote. The guy did not show up in the time that was provided to me nor did I get a phone call that he would be running late. An hour later I called the office and found that he had Got stuck at the site because supposedly the homeowner was "quite the talker" and then supposedly he had a personal appointment after that. Good luck getting an estimate from these jokers. Took a week to get an appointment and then no one showed up. Called them to find out what happened. Apologized and made another appointment for another week and no show AGAIN! and no contact to explain. Not dependable! Would never use a business this irresponsible! Must not need work!

Wow. Talk about service. This company saved a deal from going south. Inspection was done on the house and report showed leaks and their was no way to close if the leak and roof wasn't repaired. This company came the same day and had the job done for us to close in time. Sry professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly! Thank you!!!

A year ago, I would have given a 5 star review (or maybe 4). Robert was originally very responsive, came out to the house, and we had an estimate and repairs done in a few weeks (5 star). The price/time is why I would have lowered to 4 - the staff member who came out was here for less than 30 minutes and it was $550. I was just happy to have the repairs done... 10 months later, we get rain again, the same problem is occurring. I've left two voicemails, tried their text option twice (from the website), and not even a call back. I understand that they may be busy again with the significant rain

Absolutely do not even consider doing business with this dishonest group. They somehow got my ATM card number (card was untouched), and proceeded to charge $400 to my debit account, resulting in instant cash for them, and a week of paperwork and waiting to get my money back. But I digress...
When confronted by my bank, RT claimed it was a miscommunication. Strange, as I have never solicited so much as a quote from the company. These liars have no place near your home or family.

We had a great experience with RT Roofing! Robert gave us a very competitive quote on a house we were purchasing. He even came back a second time to confirm there was no additional damage (due to all the rain) before we closed escrow. He's also an extremely nice person who cares about his clients and the way he conducts his business shows it. The crew that fixed our roof was efficient and thorough. Thank you Robert!

Worst Company ever. Set up.a quote. Robert blew me off three times then his receptionist called and said he had viewed my video and felt so bad about missing the appointments he would do it for free. My last contact with them was the first week of December. I have tried calling and emailing asking for a date on the calendar. It's rained three times. I'm afraid my roof is going to leak. They have ignored all of my attempts at contact. Not even to say we will get back to you. They are rude and until they fix my roof they are liars. Veteran's, active duty Military and disabled. Don

I am getting ready to list my house and needed a roof tuneup quickly. Robert and team came out and did the roof tune up for me last week. They fit my job in quickly and completed it in just 2 days. Robert was extremely professional and was able to do a same day appointment on a listing of mine that I had in escrow. It was not easy to find roofers who know how to work on standing seam metal roof. It took us couple of months to interview roofers, to screen and to analyze the quotes we received. We decided to go with RT Roofing for many reasons. First of all Robert from RT Roofing is the only person who made two trips- one trip for site visit and another trip to meet with with us and listened to our needs and goals.
