Satterwhite is a family run, custom, near-luxury home builder. After shopping around the area for several months, I found an MLS listing for one of their homes and asked my agent to check it out. He loved it and told me I would too...
I flew down to check it out and liked the development and the house. It was not "cheap" but was in the same price range of other houses I had looked at. Plus, this was brand new construction in a new development with lots of extras like heavy molding, wood beams, etc. It was "out in the country
