Adam and All Pro Roofing took what I expected to be a stressful task, a new roof, and made it stress-free and a positive experience!
Once we decided to replace our roof, we sought several estimates for the replacement. Of those we received, All Pro Roofing was not the cheapest estimate - but let me tell you what All Pro Roofing was:
- The first to respond to our request for an estimate, scheduling their initial visit within days.
- The most comprehensive and detailed estimate.
- The quickest to respond when I had questions.
- The only estimate to include multiple options for quality level

All Pro Roofing is a great company to work with. Adam came out to inspect or roof and did not give us a hard sell. He just explained what he had to offer and let us decide. We were planing to get 3 estimates but felt so comfortable with Adam we decided not to call anyone else. I am glad we chose All Pro Roofing.

I found All Pro Roofing after a Yelp search. I called and asked for an estimate to replace my roof. Adam came out to bid the job. I was pleasantly shocked when he told me "you don't need a new roof, just a new ridge cap." My asphalt shingle ridge cap was blowing off with every windy day, but I thought the roof tiles were too. Adam thoroughly explained what to look for to determine the correct timing for a new roof. He showed me some examples. Thankfully, my roof is still in good shape for another 6 to 10 years. You can be sure, when that time comes, I will again hire All Pro Roofing

They showed up on time everyday and cleaned up everyday. We had a three layer roof and they were able to get all of it off cleanly, do the necessary wood work, and get the new roof on quickly. They accommodated our requests and even built a custom roof over our patio. Adam answered all our questions throughout the process and checked on the job daily. Very professional from beginning to end. Shopped around and got 2 estimates, All Pro Roofing was the best quote. Adam was very thorough with ALL the steps of new roofing. He gave us detailed options to suit the needs of our home. They provide disposal of antenna, dish, and any wiring along the house. They honestly replaced the worn down wood that needed to be replaced. Adam came everyday to check up on his crew and answered any questions we had. Adam went above and beyond. He speaks fluent "senior". My parents are elderly, chatty and very particular. Always concerned about being taken advantage of. They felt comfortable from the first meeting.
Adam explained every detail and potential issue that could arise with replacing a 40 year old (and in some areas, 60+) roof.
The quote was competitive, right down the middle of the three other quotes we received.
The week they began the work, my parents were diagnosed

I recently had my house reroofed by All Pro Roofing. From the very beginning, they were easy to do business with. They were attentive, professional, trustworthy and their prices were very fair. They showed up, were on time, and cleaned up. I am very happy with the outcome. I had several little issues and they immediately took care of them. I would definitely recommend them to any one. We had a licensed contractor give us a supposedly free roofing evaluation. This contractor indicated that my roof was at the end of it's life and we needed a new roof before the rainy season hit. They would give us a discount of about $4000.

We shopped around and of three companies, Adam had the best service and was very competitive with there quote. He was very patient and spent over two hours to answer all our questions .
The item that sealed the deal was the permit costs . He was blunt and said they take care of the permit and charge a 10% processing fee which most companies will try and charge some stupid additional amount to do . they also provide the ladders for the inspectors .

Due to insurance company changes, we needed to replace our 23 year-old roof fast. I checked Yelp for local contractors with good reviews and called All Pro and one other company (I also called a third contractor who was, unfortunately, out of town). Both responded quickly to measure / inspect the roof, and both established that the roof was in good shape (but at the end of its life), and both provided quotes in a timely manner.

The only question you need to ask about a business is, "Would I use them again?" For All-Pro Roofing, the answer is Yes! Loved working with Adam and Matt Miller to get the bid and make all the arrangements to have our house roofed. Use All Pro a few years back, installed a tile roof, replaced boards, fascia etc... A very tight run machine is the best way to describe All Pro!! Talented workers, fair prices and an outstanding roof!! They are quick, super clean and know what they are doing!!
