I lost my Toyota key fob over the weekend Called Toyota and the total cost was outrageous. ( which I totally couldn't afford) I can't remember the name of the first locksmith I called but The person that I spoke with was Mario. Mario referred me to Mr Key Man. I think this locksmith was formally Mr Key Man.

Timely, professional and quick! I work in the Carlsbad area and saw one of their trucks back in December 2020. Snapped a pic, then called that night. Eric and Lock Experts are fantastic! After spending 90 minutes at the Lexus dealership to get my key fob (bought on the internet for a lot less) reprogrammed, they said they could not do it. I called Lock Experts, and he came to my house, right on time and programmed my refurbished fob in about 30 minutes. I am super pleased and have no problem recommending their service.

I had an awesome experience with Eric from Lock Experts! I locked myself out of my apartment at 5pm on a Friday, gave the listed phone number a call, and reached him immediately. He took my information and was at my home in 15mins. I showed him my ID to prove it was my house, then he got to work. He had my lock open in 30 seconds! Impressive work. I payed him via Venmo, $75 for a single lock, quick, safe, and secure. He wore a mask and was quick, kind, and professional! A great experience.

We came home to discover our Schlage "smart lock" was not working. ( battery fail) We found Eric on yelp and gave him a call. He came right over and we were in our home in a New York second ! I locked myself out of my house. Eric came out and in matter of minutes he was able to open my front door with causing any damage to my locks. He was professional & polite and showed up marked commercial vehicle. He also gave me some information on keypad locks and other lock upgrade options to prevent future lockouts I saved their contact info in my phone. I misplaced my keys in the house, but we couldn't find them for the life of us. The locksmith was able to come quickly (20 minutes after I called) and were able to replace the key for my car on the spot; the whole process (including me frantically looking through the car in case I'd just locked it inside) took about an hour. Their locksmith was super empathetic about the entire ordeal, even though it was pouring rain the entire time and my car was a giant mess.
I would absolutely recommend them and will call them whenever I get locked out or if I need an extra car key!
