This guy was great! He responded to my request for a quote within 10 minutes. He arrived within half an hour of my calling him to schedule the on a Sunday. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He was very kind and professional and even 'tweaked' a couple of other minor issues with my door as a complimentary service.
I have two piles of business cards: one for the 'Meh' businesses and one for the 'Will definitely call them back!' businesses. Ronsmith definitely goes in the latter. I never write reviews, but this service was too good not to scream about it from rooftops. Ron is a hero without a cape! I lost my car keys and he answered as soon as I called and quoted me instantly.

Friendly & professional, picked up his phone and came right over. He replaced our door hardware with a combo lock & new handle…looks and works better than the original! He also fixed the frame side of the deadbolt, making the lock much more user friendly. Great work overall 👍😁

FANTASTIC SERVICE! my boyfriend got locked out of his place and called Ron on a Sunday morning before 7am and he was there to help in less than 20 mins! Life saving! I never write reviews, but this service was too good not to scream about it from rooftops. Ron is a hero without a cape! I lost my car keys and he answered as soon as I called and quoted me instantly. He gave me a time and was very punctual... early even! He was very nice and professional, made the key and got me back in my car way faster than I imagined possible. And he was considerate enough to ask if I wanted him to wear a mask! The guy is good! Thanks again Ron!! You managed to make a rough situation a genuinely good experience!
