Tom is a master professional. I had a family lockbox with an unknown combination. I had no idea what was in it but as soon as Tom unlocked it, he stepped back said it was done. Tom was discrete, didn't ask any additional questions, wasn't interested in the contents, and was only interested in the lock.
I paid him and that ended the transaction. Tom does honest work for good pay. 10/10 would hire again. I needed a new key fob for my 2004 Toyota pick up. My locksmith career began in the residential and automotive locksmith field working with property management, property owners, safe work and AAA 24-hour roadside locksmith service. I worked for a shop in Monterey, CA where we were the main shop in the area. When I moved back home to San Diego, I expanded my experience into the access control industry working as a commercial installer.

Great Service at a Great Price - Needed only a couple simple things done. Keys duplicated that Home Depot/Lowes/etc don’t carry and have them pick an exterior auto lockbox on our Jeep and make a new key for it. I called around to the local locksmiths and the only one with a physical store location in Fallbrook never called back. While a few of the others never responded to emails or required an extra fee of $60+ to come to our home to do the work. Tom at North County not only did the work with a smile but let me drive to him. This eliminated the travel fee, which would’ve been more than 3x
