I am updating my previous review since as of this week, Rick has fixed the issue. He ended up contacting the manufacturer and we worked out a mutually agreeable resolution. Once he started the job, he was timely and apologized for the previous issues. I am glad it is resolved and appreciate Ricks cooperation and desire to please his customers.

Rick made my dream kitchen a reality. Not only is are the cabinets high quality and attractive, he also designed an incredibly functional layout - all while managing my wonky schedule! From the easy glide drawers and corner cabinet storage solution to the built in kitchen mixer lift, my kitchen is everything I wanted and more.
