Working with Jason we purchased a new 2022 Outlander. We had a trade in vehicle which was evaluated while we were inspecting the the new vehicle.(good time saver) We were kept informed of all the steps in the process(including service department prepping new vehicle) and was able to take possession of the new Outlander a day earlier than anticipated. We have purchased many new vehicles from various dealers and this experience is as easy and painless as it gets these days.

I continue to enjoy my ‘18 Hyundai Elantra, knowing it is dependable for around town and long trips.
Anthony was my sales man. He was very polite and listened well to what I was looking for with no pressure.
I have gone back for servicing, the staff were polite, and the task only took about a half an hour.
I highly recommend Grote for all service needs and they are no pressure when it comes to selling cars.

Thank you for taking the time to care about my situation. I didn’t see it going so smooth. Justin did and amazing job explaining everything to me and helping get the loan. I also spoke with Derrick super sweet and professional. I also spoke with the lady over the phone. O’misha- hope I spelled it correctly. She was super sweet and professional. It seems like every time I go into Grote I leave with a worse impression. I went in yesterday and I was greeted by a very nice saleswoman. I went in with low expectations, told her what I was looking at staying under monthly and the vehicle makes I was interested in. She did her best to help me, but the finance office was really what made me angry. They first showed me a Hyundai Elantra that hadn't even been detailed yet and looked absolutely horrendous on the inside. When I asked to see what else they had for me, they said that's the only one they had for me. What? What kind of dealership won

Merlin was exceptionally helpful with our needs today. He listened to what we wanted and did everything to get us out the door with the perfect vehicle for us today. We waited a while for the final step and he did an excellent job of checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything and were still comfortable and content. I will definitely recommend anyone come to see Merlin for their car needs.

My second car from Grote, came back and did a trade in, Justin was absolutely amazing, wasn’t pressured at all… I’m kind of picky. Haha. He showed me several vehicles and was patient with me the whole time. I decided on the Sonata. The process was easy and smooth. I always recommend Grote to others. 5 stars always.

As a female trying to buy a truck , I was a little intimidated. But I found this truck at Grote that I fell in love with. Adrian Pena let me test drive right on the spot with my kids ! Most car sales people that I've worked with frown upon bringing your kids but he was super friendly to them ! The kids fell in love with the truck of course. I was still on the fence about it. Adrian never pressured me or pushed me to get it. He made me feel comfortable in my decision of whether to get the truck or not. It didn't take long to decide that yes I wanted to truck ! He took majority of all my information
