Service department has an attitude problem. Bought my Mercedes online and wanted to get an inspection done within the 7-day return policy to decide if I should keep the vehicle or not since the vehicle has some minor issues which needed fixing. Scheduled an appointment for the next day to get it inspected and asked about a loaner vehicle. The advisor mentioned that there was none for that day and that I had to be 25 to qualify. I replied "ok" and he re-iterated "you are at least 25 right?" as if he didn't believe me. I've owned toyotas, jeeps, fords and subarus and

I bought a used car here. Upon delivery the vehicle was filthy dirty inside and out. The sales people don't know the product very well and are kind of unprofessional. I expected much more when purchasing from a Mercedes Benz dealer. I received a letter from the president of the dealership saying he wanted to know of issues. I wrote a letter back. I also never heard another word from anyone. This is not a dealership that stands out at all. If they have a car you want buy it but don't expect much. My money will be spent elsewhere from here on out.

I have now purchased two new Mercedes from this dealer in the last three years. Unfortunately, recently we met a deer on an interstate and the first car was totaled. The first car had over 85,000 miles on it so we have also gotten to know the service guys, Kirt and Jason. Both salesmen were good to work with, John and Milton. They care. Have owned GMC, Lexus and BMWs as well. My experience has been nothing but positive. "You get what you pay for". I would recommend these "guys" to anyone looking for a Mercedes Benz.

Thank you Paul for your comments. Mercedes did tow me to your dealership as a part of their Road Side Assistance program. Your dealership charged me for the diagnostics as I did not get the repair competed at your dealership service center.
My vehicle is running perfectly well. Driven for 2 weeks, no problems. Same milage, same strength, no leaks (which your service diagnostics suggested, yet could not confirm that the seals of the turbocharger were leaking). From Indy to Cincinnati to Detroit, to Indy, smooth sailing (and right by your dealership in Fort Wayne).

On Wednesday, Sept 30th, 2015 - I contacted Randy Smith about a 2014 Jeep Wrangler listed on autotrader.com. I was pre-approved through Bank of America and was handling transportation of the vehicle (I work for a vehicle logistics company). Being a customer for 15 years I have come to expect the best and have never been let down. After tracking the car it was filthy from rubber and grime from the rain sessions. The detailing MBFWA did on my car on the this last visit was outstanding. People commented on how good it looked. I recommend MBFWA every chance I get.
