My 20 yr old daughter bought a car from them and it blew an engine 3 months after having it. It has since been at the dealership waiting for repair for 2 months now with no ETA of when it will be done. They will not provide a loaner vehicle and she is unable to rent a car , which they offered, to set up for her but she is not 25. So, they will sell to a 20 yr old but not provide transportation for her, as her contract&warranty says they will. Week of thanksgiving she was told that they had all the parts and would be done within a week and to call back. Will NEVER do business with them again

My daughter's car's battery was going dead. The battery was less than a year old. Since her car only has 30,000 miles on it we call the Kia dealer in fort Wayne. First we wait 2 weeks for an appointment. Then they tell us the door handle is what is causing the battery to go dead. So we wait 2 weeks for the door handle to come then another week for it to get painted only to find out that the door handle wasn't really the problem. Then they tell us it's the radio and the radio isn't under warranty so it's going to be $1400. Then of course another 2 weeks. So after 6 1/2 weeks the car is finally done

Our salesman, Sean, did a great job. They need to improve the process to get their customers out the door in a timely fashion. I also didn't appreciate the high pressure to buy an extended warranty.

My car has been in the shop for 3 months with the engine seized up. Still absolutely no ETA of when the car will be done or when they will have the parts to finish. No regard that I have been without a car for months, his (Brandon) advice was to trade it in a get a new car. I am beyond disgusted at the disregard or even simple empathy that I have a car payment, tons of money wrapped up into Uber rides and asking for rides. If your going to sell a car that isn't going to run 3 yrs out at least have the parts on standby or a loaner.

Bought 2 vehicles here a year ago. Salesman was great. Took car in with 16 000 miles on it for engine light. Was told that it would be a hour to a hour and a half. 3 hours later its done and charge is 127. Supposedly a wire was partially unplugged and that was not covered. Paperwork says partially but video he showed us the wire was completely hanging down????? 3 hours and 127.00 for plugging in a wire. Service man was rude to start with and they lost our business. Would not recommend to anyone

Horrible customer service. They kept our car for 2 weeks for a recall and the only way we got any updates is if we called them. Car just went in for a maintenance issue and now they are saying the recall needs fixed again that they already fixed and it will be there for 2 more weeks. I asked for a loaner or rental car and they said they don't do that. They only care about selling you a car after they make the sale they no longer care about you as a customer.

This is by far the best dealership I have ever went to. Considering all the other ones screwed me over! Tom and Dave were so helpful and did everything they could to get me a vehicle. It came with the warranty I was looking for and in wonderful condition! The Milage was spot on where I wanted it! I recommend Tom and Dave if your looking for a vehicle. They will NOT let you down. They actually care about their customers.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! I cannot stress this enough. Not only did they have my car for days longer than what they should, but they told us it would be $467 when we were on our way to pick up my car but when I got there they made us pay close to $1000. Now tell me how the price can go up $500 in a matter of minutes when the CAR WAS COMPLETE WHEN WE TALKED TO THEM LAST. Management and Bryan have not been good to deal with a refuse to honor the price they told us when we have text receipts of what they said we had to pay ($467.) Funny thing is I told a car salesman I would be back in a few months to

I wish I could give it zero stars but I can't unfortunately. Our car has been in the dealership shop for over a week when promised a short repair time. They have pushed back the date for pickup without reasoning multiple times and now that we have finally come to pick it up. They have made us wait and hour in the lobby when promising our vehicle upon arrival. Not impressed.

These guys were great -- went in on a Saturday afternoon, had some damage on the front quarter panel of my 2015 Sorento. And without charging me a penny, the service advisor took the time to inspect the vehicle, then recommend a third-party detailer who fixed the issue instantly, and for only $45. That is good service, thank you ...

Had an appointment to bring my daughter's car in to fix the door locks/latches. I sat in the waiting room for two hours without hearing anything. I go up to the counter to ask what is going on and am told that it was never brought back because the service manager never spoke with me. And to boot he kind of tried to make it sound like my fault. Very, very poor customer service. I will not return!

Run far far away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a horrible experience. Makes me never want to buy a car again.

I chose a couple vehicles I liked online and was assured they would be swept off (snow) by the time I arrived.

Sales rep Eamon (sp?) sat me in an office. Came back 20 minutes later to ask what vehicles I wanted to see - again. Said he'd clean them off for me.

Finance guy (Dave?) came in 15 minutes later and said he wouldn't sell those cars to his mother. Really? No, he would go find some other ones for me to drive.

I sat alone for a half hour. Finally asked the lady at reception

I bought a used vehicle here and I noticed the next morning it had issues. I called them and they agreed to take care of 2 of the 3 issues. A broken mirror that I hadn't noticed, and noise from the front end. They ordered the mirror, and I dropped it off after it was delivered (two weeks). I dropped off my vehicle ( after borrowing another since they had no loaner available) and they call me back with a very detailed description of what was wrong. The front axle had 1/2" of play in it. So they order a new ( to find out later it was actually used) axle. Two days later it shows up damaged

I can not be more annoyed with this place. They emailed me a coupon for The Work service ($39.99 vs $54reg price). I schedule an appointment online going through that email. All went smooth there. It wasn't until I get to the service area that they tell me oh that was a misprint. It is a $65 reg. price and the coupon was suppose to be for $10 off. And they can not honor that coupon. What?!?! I couldn't have gotten an email about that mistake before? Or a call??? So I canceled. I did have a recall that I had them do. I will not be back. This is the second time they would not take a coupon

Recently, I purchased a KiaSoul for my teenage sons. It was a decision that I thought over time and time again. They're completing drivers training, they're new drivers, they have no experience. I took all those factors into consideration and almost talked myself out of the best decision I've made in a while.

My fiancé has been trying to get my mom a new car for the past 3 weeks. My father passed away in August, which is why my fiancé got involved in an attempt to take some stress off her.
He dealt with Mike, who seemed like a decent guy at first. After a week of back and forth, they came to an agreement on a deal for a car that we found out was not in their lot. So when he agreed to buy the car we were told that they would have to find it at a different dealership and that it would be significantly more expensive than what was agreed upon.
So we went back to the drawing board and agreed upon a different

This review is for their salesman, Jay Bachman. My mom bought a Sorento a year ago & had such a great experience that I drove two hours to buy my new Sorento from Jay. He's a great guy and none of that pressure & b.s. yammering that I've experienced with other car salesman. Jay is nice & friendly, he'll help you work for a price that's fair. I also traded in my car & that experience was pleasant & I was happy with the price they offered me.

I applied online last night and was pre-approved for a car. I called them this morning and set up a time to come in. When I got there I had to fill out the same paperwork that I did online for the first hour. Then we test drove a car and liked it. After that we sat in an office for 2 hours trying to explain that we wanted our payments to be $350 or under. They started out offering us $588 a month!!
