My name is Sean Manion and I am the owner of Summit Air Conditioning and Heating. I started this company in 2012. We are a fully certified, licensed, bonded, and insured company that is dedicated to keeping the residents of Las Vegas comfortable all year round in their homes and businesses. Used Sean and the guys from Summit for two new A/C units and they are absolute pros. On time and great communication, doing exactly what they said on the initial bid, with no surprises. Very diligent about tarps and keeping our house clean. Also had lots of contact with Karen who runs the office, always keeping us up to speed on appointments and other details, pleasure to deal with. Hi:) Vincent & Ki-Ke were very professional, as Vincent says "Yes, maam." They finished putting up sensors with touch buttons on the A/C adapters' on the wall & we have two (2) in each hallway with 6 hallways, total 12 & they were on the roof & said, "before when they were out here, the copper was cut & this time, they were out here Thur 11/11/21, they said, copper was gone." We have used this company twice now. Both times they have communicated well and showed up on time. Their prices have been very reasonable and the service techs have been personable and knowledgable. The first time we had them out to fix a troublesome noise on our evaporative cooler and the second time was to fix our a/c. We have been very pleased with their services both times.

This company is the best. I have been using them for years. I would not call any other company. Karen always helps me scheduling service calls that work for me even in emergency situations. Sean and crew really know what they are doing and just don't come out to sell you a new air or heating unit. They actually know how to fix them. OK let me start out by telling you that my AC went out just as the temperature was rising so I called around 10 different AC companies brought them out to get estimates it was a fiasco to say the least....... That day I had forgotten that at my place of employment we use this company so naturally I gave them a call they came out and I want to tell you they were the only ones that offered portable ACs until they replaced our unit that was amazing....... Tim went out and bought two brand new portable AC units and install them and we didn't get our AC replaced for a month later due to scheduling

I was in the process of marketing and selling a home ( that is what i do ) and the property inspector had made note of concerns with the AC unit.
Prior to Sean's arrival, discussion was had, and the clients were possibly facing the replacement of a new unit.
Sean was a miracle worker. He promptly fixed the issue and the service fee was extremely reasonable. This was in the sweltering heat of August.
But it is not just about that:

Sean is, hands down, the best. After being told by another company that we had a freon leak that would take 3 days to locate we called Summit.
