Pretty brutal experience with these guys. Price was fair but took them forever to get the job done. Multiple times I scheduled their crew to meet me at my house at a certain day/time and they *never* came at that day or time. I work far away so had to work from home the days they were supposed to come - they were very unprofessional and not punctual. The actual quality of work was good but never what I thought it would be until they finally came (unexpectedly) and I happened to be home to direct them what tree branches to trim, etc. They forgot to blow the leaves off and clean up the full job site

Horrible service. I have used them in the past and the customer service was ok at best but they had descent prices. Received and approved a quote to remove a tree which required a permit in June 2021 and was then drug along by their project manager for over two months just to be told that they could no longer honor their pricing and that they recommend I shop around for another price. I would strongly recommend looking else where if you need a tree removed.

Southern Tree Pros accepted almost $3,000 tree removal/pruning proposal from us in October and since then they have scheduled the work on two different occasions which they had to reschedule due to excessive rain. They rescheduled us for 1/12/21 and did not show or call.
We emailed the sales rep on 1-19-21 who provided the proposal and have not received a response. We also called the sales rep, the company's office number and the owner (Ben) and have not heard from anyone.

Excellent Job! I had very large sweet gum trees which were posing an imminent threat to my home as well as my neighbor's house. One of the trees was a particularly difficult job as it was straddled by power lines to the houses and the driveway was steep and winding. Southern Tree Pros organized a powerline drop and a crane to remove this difficult tree. My neighbor voiced concern that the crane may damage the part of the driveway we share. They honored her concern and completed the job manually at a greater cost to them. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing a tree removed. Professional

Southern Tree Pros did an awesome job at our house! My wife and I bought a house that had a lot more front yard than back, but we really wanted a back yard for our daughter to play in. To do so, we had to do a lot of tree removal and some grading as well. Ben and Troy were great to work with from the start and they were incredibly flexible as our schedule was probably not the easiest to work with either.
