Our AC went out and we called all over Dallas to try and find an affordable company to work with. Everyone had given us ridiculous quotes and just weren't very nice. We finally found Extreme Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating and within hours they were at our house to look at the unit. They gave us a number of different options and quotes that were very reasonable. Once we agreed on what needed to be done, we set a time and date for them to come back and install. They were on time, very professional, friendly, and had our house cool and AC up and running in less time than they said it would take

This past Thursday our AC stopped cooling. We called eXtreme Comfort and they were able to get Humberto out in about an hour. His diagnosis was that the piston in the compressor had seized and there was nothing he nor anyone else could do. Talked to Marc and they set us up for a new HVAC system today. The crew, Daniel, Jose & Victor arrived early and quickly went to work. They teamed up when needed and split up when required. 4-1/2 hours later, our house is cooling and the job, while daunting was done extremely well...both inside & out. Humberto came and reviewed my whole system for end to end. He did a professional and throughout job. At the end, he recommended a solution for a few hundred dollars whereas I was getting recommendations from all the others on FULL REPLACEMENT for 10K plus!

Business committed to repair nest thermostat and burned transformer fuse.
Dispute: After initial inspection, Extreme comfort company falsely mentioned that transformer module and contactor not working where only transformer fuse burned and nest thermostat issue.
Company over estimated and gave me invoice for $690 at the end of service and I felt its pricy and when I ask for payment options since am not in position to pay $690 upfront then Extreme Comfort gave me option to pay full or revert the service with replacing new parts with old parts and pay only service

After my AC broke down mid-June, I called around multiple AC repair companies to fix our AC and Extreme Comfort was the only one that was able to send out someone to my house the very next day on a weekend. I was very thankful for their availability since I had a newborn to take care of. Most of the AC companies didn't have anyone available until a full week after, which is ridiculous amount of time to wait especially during the hot summer month.

Our thermostat was locked and the capacitor for one of our AC unit was out. Unfortunately, our labor coverage has expired but Marc was able to wave the fee for us and hooked us with a professional maintenance service. We would recommend for all our friends and family members to get Marcs service if you want reasonable and timely manner service. If anyone out there is in need of AC system installation or maintenance service, i would recommend Extreme Comfort at all times. Satisfied Customer!

Once again, the honesty and integrity of this company has proven itself. Twice in the past 18 months we have needed service/diagnostic on our AC unit. Both times the Mark assured us that we would have someone out to help within hours; even at 5:00 pm on a 100 degree Sunday evening!

I would like to thank Marc and Brent and their team ( Jose, Jose, Vic, Kevin, Howard, Humberto, Omar and Joey) for a very professional and reasonably priced replacement of our air conditioning unit. Everyone was professional, polite and knowledgeable. The team came out exactly when they said they would and completed the job on schedule. Cloths were put down throughout our main floor to protect them from foot traffic and everyone was careful to close doors when coming and going. We were having a sewer problem at the same time and these guys went above and beyond to help keep our house cool given

Came home today and one of the two outside A/C units was not working. Called Extreme because I have used them before. They came out within one hour of my call in and had the A/C unit back up and working in less than two (2) hours after I placed the first call. Very FRIENDLY and PROMPT service. I HIGHLY, I mean HIGHLY recommend this company for ALL of your HVAC issues. I will NOT hesitate to call them again if needed. Have used Extreme Comfort for a couple of years for inspections and maintenance. Ron the service tech is professional and takes time to explain what he's doing. My house had an old unit that finally had to be replaced. Extreme Comfort had great prices (we got several estimates) and their installation team, led by Jose was top-notch. Earle came out today and spent about an hour thoroughly looking over my entire HVAC system. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive new system, he patiently showed me how to operate the dampers to control the airflow to trouble rooms upstairs. I've had three other contractors out and none addressed this simple solution. A couple the dampers were completely closed off and although I attempted to adjust them in the past they were stuck because of excess mastic. Long story short, he saved me a lot of money (at least temporarily), and it is that kind of honesty and knowledge that will be rewarded

Jonathan, Jose and Victor installed our new HVAC just last week. Since I don't know a thing about HVAC installation, I can't really comment on their craftsmanship but so far everything is working great. I do find the guys very professional and efficient. They are pleasant to have around so I definitely would use them again (hopefully I will get the same crew). The folks at the office (Marc and Brent) were great to deal with. They seem very honest and knowledgeable. So far so good, but I think the true test is if something isn't working well and how they respond to it.

I had one of my AC units replaced about a month ago and it's working great. The sales man was professional, did not try to oversell me, and was not pushy at all. The install crew was punctual, courteous, informative, professional, and respected my house. They replaced both of my thermostats with Nest Thermostats that I had purchased without complaining and at no additional charge. The AC unit was a quality unit at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their AC unit and I will use them again when the next unit needs replaced.

I love these guys. They installed my new compressor over five years ago and it has been trouble free. This time, reduced airflow through a dirty filter caused the unit to ice up. They did not charge for the first visit because they could not do anything until the ice cleared. The next day, they double checked to make sure everything was fine and moisture free. In the process, they noticed it was not draining right. Since the old drain exited into who knows where, I asked them to install a new one. One french drain later, everything is running awesome and they managed to install it the same day
