I called to have someone come out. The office manager said she’d get back to me with a specific time for the coming friday and never did. I called back on thursday to set the time , got a guy who answered and he said they didn’t service my area and questioned my saying that someone actually said they’d set an appointment. (what? why would i lie?!) he transferred me to the owner greg’s voicemail and i never got a call back.
in summary i’m glad they didn’t service the area because i would not use them after such poor initial customer service. i wouldn’t want to spend tens of thousands

We installed three very large patio doors with Jeremy. He was okay at first but when we had issues with doors due to heavy rains all three rooms with the new doors were flooded. We called Jeremy who came and checked it out. He said the painting wasn't done well which wasn't true as we had it primed and painted very well.
He said he would speak to the manufacturer and get back to me but never did. I called Greg and left a message but he didn't return my call either. I also called the office and the lady there said somebody would definitely get back to me but again no one did .

My house was built in 1963, and years of earthquakes, foundation settling, and temperature changes had taken their toll on my original doors. Every one of my doors seemed warped, was rubbing and binding, or wouldn't even latch closed anymore. And the door to the garage was horrible! Things were so bad that I wasn't sure anyone could even fix them!

We had excellent service from start to finish. We still have more windows to do and I'll definitely be calling All American Doors & Windows back. The installers were very professional. They covered everything and made sure everything was clean and back in order before they left each day.
A couple of screens came from the manufacture bent but were replaced immediately. I would highly recommend this company. My husband and I are very pleased.

We purchased a Western sliding door through All American Door and they also installed it. They were able to meet or beat the prices we found elsewhere. The door is beautiful and the installation was top notch. They made sure everything was perfect before wrapping up the job. We have not hesitated to refer several neighbors to them. We would no doubt use Greg again in the future.

I had a very good experience with All American Door. They installed 21 replacement windows and a sliding patio door in my house in December 2018. They were initially recommended by Milgard so I knew they were Milgard certified installers. I got a few quotes and they were just slightly less than another qualified installer who quoted. I got a lower quote from another outfit that I was concerned was not qualified (workmanship matters on a job like this). The crew did neat work and all were personable and easy to get along with. Do not do business with this company. The office manager Alanis is incompetent, On a simple project, she kept changing the prices and would insist that this was the price I was quoted. Even after showing her the quotes (printed copies from her), she would not acknowledge that she had made a mistake.
Even when I pointed out that she erroneously stated that someone came out for final measurements, and no such thing had occurred, she was too obstinate to admit she was wrong.
Furthermore, she ridiculed the amount of money I was spending (close to $3000), was not as much as other customers spend

We ordered a new double entry door from them. Jeremy came out to give me an estimate. I spoke to him several times before placing my order. He was very nice and took his time answering all my questions. He didn't try to push the sales but was very patient. Installers came and installed the doors. They did a good clean job. Very professional and courteous. There were small adjustments needed to be fixed but Jeremy came out to fix it ASAP. I would recommend their company for doors and windows installation.

We are very pleased with the work Jeremy and David had done. Jeremy was very accomodating to our request and David and crew did such a great job installing 13 interior doors throughout the house. The price was fair and reasonable and they cares about the finish touch and they cleaned up very well. We will definitely use their service again!

I can only imagine how I'd have been treated after handing over thousands of dollars to these guys. Called and got estimates, and then scheduled time off work so that Jeremy could come to take final measurements and collect a cash deposit (since they upcharge you if you use other payments such as credit cards). He never bothered to even show up, nor bother to follow up with an excuse as to why they wasted my time. Sorry, but you don't deserve my business and I feel the need to warn others. If you can't bother to treat me with respect before the sale, I can only image the nightmare of dealing with

Wanted to provide an update on my initial review. A couple months ago Greg (owner) reached out and apologized for his lack of timely response in getting back to me. He had lost track of my messages and said that wasn't how he worked and that he wanted to make it right. Over the next 6-8 weeks he was super aggressive in terms of communicating with me and following up to make things right. Definitely not disappointed with the 5 star ratings that led me to All American Door through Yelp. Greg was very helpful and up front with the entire process from selection to ordering, from installation to clean-up for replacement windows! The installation crew led by Jeremy was professional, on time, considerate, courteous, respectful, and when they were done --- yes they cleaned up! I did new construction installation and do not regret it --- the windows look like they were part of the original construction! Very pleasant folks to work with. If you have any questions, Greg is the man to go to. He happily answered and got back to me quotes the same day. The guys that came to install the sliding door were professional, friendly, and all around good people. They took their time and made sure they cleaned up every time some spillage of random things came off the wall while they removed and added the old and new sliding doors, respectively.
