After the plumber came and fixed my faucet, he suggested that the pump on the dishwasher might need replacing, as it had standing water and wouldn't drain. However, AZIZ came and completely found the problem and worked hard to fix it. The cost was fair, and he was efficient and delightful to be around. I would very highly recommend this company, and it was my first encounter with them!

Great experience! Our GE side-by-side refrigerator was running non-stop and I knew that wasn't right. I emailed A Plus and was able to set up an appointment just a couple days out. The service tech was right on time, very professional, and able to articulate the issue. Best of all, he replaced the part that day for a fair price. It's been running perfectly since.

I strongly recommend A Plus and their great technician Aziz. He was very competent and polite. He was punctual and called to notify us 30 minutes before the appointment. He was very patient and thorough in fixing the problem and making sure we were satisfied before he left our house. He was also very respectful. I will use Aziz again for any future appliance problems I may have. My dishwasher which is 10 years old is working the best ever now.

My side by side, twenty plus year old Kitchenaid refrigerator appeared to have stopped cooling on the frig side. The light still worked as did the freezer side. This was the day after Christmas, a Saturday. I knew I wouldn't be able to get anyone to repair it until Monday. On Monday I phoned to three appliance repair businesses. The most promising one was A-Plus. They agreed to come the next day. On Tuesday, as promised, Joad (not sure of spelling) showed up. He was very pleasant and professional. I read great reviews on Yelp about this company. When my 20 year old Wolf range needed an overhaul I called them. Three days later Emil appeared and inspected. Gave us the estimate and a return date. Arrived one week later with parts, wearing masks, and totally overhauled the oven. It was a perfect service. Very timely and good communication. We will use them again and highly recommend.

Emil was great and got my stove fixed within the month (the delay was the part that was ordered due to COVID)! He was able to come on the same day he was contacted and the day the part arrived. He came prepared with a mask and noticed right away that our household was a no shoes in the house kind of place and respected that.
He did a thorough job of looking for the issue and was honest about everything. He even threw in a joke or two during the whole process. I now have a working stove and I would 100% contact him again for any repairs!

Emil came out to assist with a leaking washing machine back in the early days of the lockdown. Thankfully it was just a loose pipe that needed reinserting. Emil fixed it no problem and like many of these other reviews, his straight forward, no-nonsense approach was a winner.

FIVE STARS!....and they didn't even need to repair anything!
My LG fridge's compressor died today, and I asked for their help. Rather than taking my money, they pointed out that the compressor typically has a long warranty. Sure enough, I checked, and the compressor of my 7-year-old LG fridge has a *10 year* warranty, and therefore can be replaced for FREE!
Thank God there are still honest and helpful people out there! I will definitely seek out A Plus Appliances next time I need a repair!

This will be my repair company!! I have two Miele dishwashers that just stopped working days apart from each other.
I first called Miele. They could have someone to my house in two weeks. Then I called A Plus Appliance Repair. Two days later, at the scheduled time, the tech shows up and in 20 minutes BOTH dishwashers are working.
No drama, no pulling out the dishwashers, no 200 parts laying around my kitchen floor to see what the problem was.

This was a great experience. Emil quickly diagnosed the problem with my 26 year old stovetop burners, and was able to repair it on the spot.
He is such a pleasant and competent person. What a great resource! His pricing was reasonable. He was very nice, and arrived on time, and called from 15 minutes away to let me know he was on his way. He works quickly.
