Services
C.T. Wilson provides preconstruction services, for both public and private clients, on numerous projects each year. We believe that the most effective project delivery system is a team driven approach where the Owner, Architect, and Contractor collaborate from the design phase through completion of the construction phase.
CT Wilson utilizes a simple, 5-step process to capture existing project data on applicable projects to better inform a personalized project approach. Scan an existing building using a FARO laser scanner that collects +/- 1 million points/second & color imagery that is combined to create a 3-D point cloud.
Building information model (BIM) has been gaining popularity in architectural design and construction since its formal introduction by Autodesk in 2002, although the concept can be dated back to the 1980's. The architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry utilizes various 3D modeling programs to provide a computer-aided model in order to improve overall project delivery.
C.T. Wilson Construction Company utilizes LEAN Construction methods throughout the course of our projects to better manage the work, eliminate waste, and maximize value. Time, material, and effort are often wasted in typical construction projects due to errors in planning and coordinating. These errors directly affect cost and schedule.
