They patiently answered all my many questions while I watched them work.
My septic pump was not operating and they gave me helpful advice about who could do the replacement and also told me how to do the replacement myself if I wanted. This family company is very easy to work with and their prices beat the other two companies I looked into. I heartily recommend them for septic services.

Discovered our septic tank was full and called them last night around 6m. They put me on the schedule for today. Was very happy when we received a call first thing this morning. The technician was great and offered advise on maintaining our system. This company has earnedy business for all future needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable people with a very good reputation.

On December 30th I needed to find a company to drain my septic tank. I browsed Google Maps for nearest options; the first one had no one and the second one didn't answer. The third I found, Rose Septic, not only answered, but was nice, professional, and had someone on their way in less than an hour! The gentleman was conversational and dealt with my curiosity with patience! This is the company to support, and family owned and operated for some 50 years!

Ms Tammy on the phone at 8am, told me they were booked for the day, but if a truck became available they would call me. An hour later, called and said they would be able to come out today. Truck and team arrived before lunch, and were done in an hour. Very nice guys, very informative. Definitely recommend them!

Over the last 2 years I have been dealing with many contractors and this company is the best. They do all the things I look for when hiring someone. They show up on time. They do good work. They keep in touch. We were not having any problems but wanted the septic tank pumped out. After it was done a smell we were getting on and off in the laundry room went away too. Great company.

These guys are the best in the business. We've had several situations come up with the septic systems on our newly-bought property, and Rose was always there quickly and did the job thoroughly and professionally. It doesn't hurt that everyone we've interacted with (from Tammy at the office to the crews that show up) has been incredibly friendly and helpful with questions.

I had a septic tank backed up. Called them this am at ~7:15 and they were out here at 9:30, located the lid, popped it up, found the plug and released it & then drained my tank. My septic tank was working correctly the problem was whoever installed it ran the pipe to far in and that's what caused the plugged line. They were in and out of here in 1/2 hour and were wonderful to work with, I'd call them again anytime I needed them & highly recommend their services!

Family owned and these folks treat you right!!! Matt, Deven, Marcus THANK YOU! My husband and I had seriously a great experience with our 50 year old septic tank that needed locating, pumping, and flushing. They are professional, experienced, and also reasonably priced unlike others who came out and wanted to charge us thousands of dollars $ for individual services ("Knoxville Plumbing" - Beware! Do Not Use) They also recommended other great contractors for additional services we needed. With 50 years in business you can trust these folks!! We are singing their praises :)

Family run company that not only gave me the information on to where to possibly locate my septic tank(that my previous owners failed to do) but also who to call to get the map layout of my septic tank. The employees were very helpful,nice, & professional.

I was very professional with my phone call, as I own and operate two businesses. Purchased a house about an hour from Knoxville and inquired about a septic inspection. The woman who answered the phone gave me a thrice repeated line of "it's too far for us" and declared the town was a 2 hour drive. Nope, one hour and 15 minutes from Knoxville is not 2. When asked if they would accept a travel fee to compensate them for the drive (HELLO! Name your price! You have a dedicated potential customer who wants your services and is willing to pay through the nose!?) I got a " Noooo

These guys are top notch!!! They came out to my place and had to locate my tank, no small job, they spent a few hours, over two days, looking for it but never gave up and found it. They stuck to there quote even having to come back another day to finish the work. I highly recommend you call Dennis and his crew, I will from now on for any plumbing issues.
