They were pleasant enough and helped me with my purchase of some wood pellets, but all 4 guys I saw, not one was wearing a mask, even when they came to the front counter to take a payment from me. I did not feel comfortable getting too close to them. I suppose they aren't worried about the coronavirus or about their customers health and safety either. Also, while I turned away for a minute,, one guy said something quietly to the the other who then laughed. Nothing wrong with jokes, but it should either be said loud enough for everyone to hear or not at all. It made me feel like they were laughing

Called there to ask a few questions about wood stoves. The kid I talked to was like talking to a brick. He knew nothing, wouldn't bother to find any information for me, just kept repeating that the owner "MIGHT" be in tommorow and that I should call some other time. Totally useless - don't even know why he bothered to answer the phone! Maybe this IS NOT a place I want to do business.
