This place is wonderful! The wood stove we wanted was discontinued and House of Warmth went all out to find us a better model but similar to the one we originally wanted. They found one without breaking the bank and we absolutely love it! They are also very informative and will help you find everything you need to make your dreams of having a wood stove come true. We went to every place around our local area and no one compared to House of Warmth. I strongly recommend them!!

I have been meaning to write a review about House of Warmth for a while since we had a pellet stove installed in September of 2019. We had moved into a condo that had all electric heat. Although I did replace most of the electric baseboard heaters with SoftHeat hydronic heaters for energy savings and also replaced all the thermostats with Mysa wireless and internet controlled as well as the ability to control output to the heaters, the fact that the doors and windows were 25+ years old, and not so great insulation, made ya realize an additional source of heat was needed. Brian and Nyree recently installed a High Output fireplace in our home. We LOVE it! Nyree listened closely as we described our project and picked up on some key points which led her to showing us options we didn't know we had! This firebox will be our primary heat source so it was important to get the right one. Brian spent extra time during the installation making sure it was perfect. I bought a stove from CAFD which they had in the store. They said they will deliver in a few days as soon as they have the pipe insert. A few days later, I picked up the pipe and went there twice on a stretch of 2 weeks to get an eta on the delivery time. They had to eat neither could they use a forklift to load it in my truck for they did not have anyone to do that after 4pm. But they said I can get a few guys and lift a 550lb stove on the truck. I returned the stove and came to the house of warmth.

Wonderful place to work with! Staff is extremely helpful and was able to answer every question we had. We bought a pellet stove from here and had an issue with the stove's operation. Brian was very understanding and helped us resolve the issue. He even came out personally to make sure everything went smoothly. After everything was resolved we decided to buy a fireplace insert from him and we even referred our neighbors to the house of warmth for a pellet stove as well! Everyone is happy!

These folks do a great job, do everything from start to finish. I recently replaced an unvented gas fireplace as we didn't like the odor from same. Loved the fact I didn't have to seek out an additional company to complete the install. They not only did the carpentry to vent the new unit, also hooked up the gas. And they provide annual service to maintain the product, one stop shopping. After the install we had a minor issue with a noisy fan, they responded quickly and fixed the problem promptly. Good people to do business with.

We had an amazing experience with House of Warmth! When renovating our living room, we were looking for ideas to replace our zero clearance wood burning fireplace. They showed us all of our options and explained the advantages and disadvantages. After pricing options with multiple suppliers, we chose House of Warmth to install our gas fireplace. Brian and his team at house of warmth deliver not only expertise in their trade, but have some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. As part of a remodeling to propane stove from a wood burning fireplace, Brian helped guide us on stove features and designs. Additionally he recommended carpenters and stone materials and followed up to ensure we were happy with all choices. In today's high volume and hands-off world its nice to see that House of Warmth still offers first class customer service and a friendly style. When I saw the negative reviews below, I was very surprised. Then, I realized that all of those reviews are referring to the old management and sales persons. V&V was sold this year and is under new management as "House of Warmth". The new owner is great - fair, responsive, professional. All I can say is that we had a great experience with them and you should really go see for yourself. Our story: we had a lot of issues with our install, due to hidden issues in our house, and Brian (the new owner) worked with us every step of the way, didn't try to make a single buck off of us on components needed
