This Saturday, My Quadrafire Pellet stove ( Castile) developed several issues. Its 18 degrees, holiday weekend and my primary heat source is not working. Stopped at Palace Aids, Mark called me back in 20 minutes. Agreed to come out. He was here within an hour of our conversation. Mark not only fixed the issue which shut it down, but showed me how to clear jams in the future, but showed me several things I did not know, as I inherited the stove. We were referred here from my father in law who had his wood stove installed decades ago from Bob. We could not have been happier with everything! Mary was kind and helpful from my first call to each one in between (which was a lot!!!!) and Mark came within a week to measure and take notes which were helpful to our installer (recommended by PA), D&D Contractors who did a great job!!! I had just purchased a home with a pellet stove and I had never used one before, so to say I was clueless is an understatement! I called around to some other places who said they don’t work on Quadra-Fire stoves and a few were downright rude! Then I called Palace Aides and Mary answered the phone. I told her my predicament and she was very understanding. She would have had someone to my house the next day if it wasn’t a holiday! My pellet stove wouldn’t light anymore and with a baby I needed it fixed asap I called palace Aids since it’s where I bought my stove from almost 3 years prior and they came out THAT DAY and brought a couple parts to make sure he had what he might need just by me telling what was wrong over the phone and he had the part on hand when he found what was wrong. He was efficient and gave us a lesson how to efficiently run our stove and cleaned some parts. Such nice and genuine customer service I will recommend them a million times to everyone! Don’t use anyone else I swear by them!

First, I love my Pellet Stove. From day one Mary and Mark were helpful in making sure I purchased the correct stove for not only my tastes, but my needs. They were very patient, super responsive, and helped allay any concerns I had. I had some concerns (new to a pellet stove) and Mark came over and reassured me all was ok. He took his time and listened to all my items and taught me so much!!! 😊

Mark and Mary from Palace Aids are the BEST!!! We purchased our stove over 8 years ago from them and have never once regretted our choice! This has been by far the easiest friendliest and best experience we have had in purchasing a Pellet Stove. We immediately were treated like family. Mary was wonderful and friendly and by far not pushing like most places that want you to buy from them. She took care of us through the whole transactions told us where we could get a loan and even let us keep our truck there when it broke down for the day! Love this company!!! My house came with a wood stove when I purchased it. Over the past two years I began to have problems with the stove. I really thought it was time to replace it. I called Palace Aids thinking I might need to buy a new one and to give one last try to fix mine. I spoke to Mark who was absolutely wonderful. They are wonderful and honest. He really could have told me the stove was gone but said mine had more life. He fixed my stove and it is better than new. I need to call again after a power outage and my area, and again service was beyond exception!

I bought a pellet stove from Palace Aids about 6 years ago and over this time period had a couple service calls. Both Mary and Mark have been wonderful to deal with. They are always helpful and Mark is quick to respond if there are any problems where he has to make a house call. I recommend Palace Aids and would buy from them again without any reservations!
