The propane fireplace in the house we just bought was badly in need of service. Sam arrived as promised and assessed the unit, then he diligently removed and cleaned each log, vacuumed the insert, he respray-painted the back metal and cleaned the glass until it gleamed, all while answering our many questions and giving us great advice and instructions. We felt he went above and beyond. His knowledge and professionalism made him the company’s greatest advertisement!

I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a gas fireplace. Mauro and his team were very professional and helpful, and returned calls promptly. They also seem to have a team of seasoned professionals on hand to offer advice and install. Costs are a little higher than average but well worth it for the quality upgrade and courteous service.

Well, they could start by putting appointments on the calendar. Then I won’t wait here for 3 hours while no one is even on their way. I tried the online message and I sat there waiting, after I explained my issue, no one responded. I tried to call the corporate number but they have 2 ads and if you don’t want to click through the ad, the service hangs up on you. Had an appointment the day after thanksgiving. Pellet stove fan seized up weeks ago but couldn’t get someone to come out til Friday after thanksgiving, so I waited. No one came, got through to Avon store where a “salesman” helped

We recently had to replace a gas fireplace that was over 25 years old. Superior came to our house, counseled us on the best solution, provided a competitive proposal, and then managed the entire process to conclusion. We loved their installers and ease of the whole process! Nick was there for us every time we had a question. Great people!
