This business is horrible! We always try to support small businesses, but this is the absolute worst small business and overall experience we have ever encountered. They are rude, unreliable and treat their customers like garbage. On top of it the owner Mike doesn't care and makes no apologies for his bad business practices or his rude employees. Go ANYWHERE else other then this business!

Great business all around! It is/was a pleasure dealing with the team up to and post installation of my fireplace insert. I was able to purchase exactly what I was looking for at a great price. The installation crew did a phenomenal job getting everything installed and running... very professional. In addition, and most importantly, I ran into a small manufacturer defect of my unit that I didn't notice until days after the unit was installed. I reached our to Fireplace Depot and the team promptly contacted the manufacturer to get the item taken care of. Kudos to this company! I will definitely

After shopping around, noticed that pricing is about the same everywhere. The products Fireplace carries are more solid so I proceeded with them. Only professional service was received the entire time and they entertained my very particular engineering needs and details. If you need anything that they can provide, definitely proceed as it will be a pleasure of a project vs a headache! Can't wait to run my baby 24/7, it already did for two days but currently toooo hot.
