In our almost 20 years in business, we've installed, repaired, cleaned and maintained just about every brand and type of appliance, and what we've learned is that investing in the right appliance can be overwhelming and confusing for many homeowners.

We went in the store which is a small place. There were two sales people behind a counter and no other customer!!! They just looked at our faces and decided that we were not worth their business. I was so upset that they didn’t even get up. They dismissed my questions. It’s sad they just lost my business.

So thankful for this place. We purchased a beautiful Regency fireplace insert for our first home. We drove from Pa to Connecticut to buy our stove. Absolutely awesome customer service with a very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place and my family and I will be back to get another insert for other fireplace in the near future.

I just went into the store on Research drive in Milford and I gotta say I was not impressed. The display room was dark and unimpressive. The sales person lackluster. He almost came across as combative instead of being nterested in knowing how he could help me and educate me on the product. I won't be going back.

Zero customer service! Tech was scheduled for a site review between 12 & 4. Showed up at 4:30, no call no apology. I spent all afternoon waiting. Site review was over 3 weeks ago, never heard back regarding a proposal. We are removing a wood stove, installing gas stove and related mantel, etc. we moved on. Use caution with this business.

Needed service on my fireplace, was an emergency. Called in a panic. Spoke with a very pleasant secretary. She called a tech for me, had him come to my home within an hour. Fixed my problem, was very polite and extremely neat and clean. He recommended other items I may need, and prices were very reasonable. My new fire place maintenance company!!!!!

The Cozy flame is the best place to get your new appliance. They are true professionals and they don't carry anything but the best. These guys are out in the field every single day servicing and working on units so they know the pros and cons of each unit. They are nice and don't push you into the sale.

I made my first attempt last week to visit Cozy Flame in Milford. I was treated with a piece of paper that read. "At a customer's be back later in the afternoon". I wasn't sure exactly what time that would be so I decided to comeback another day. Second attempt.....they were open however I was "Extremely" disappointed in the customer service at Cozy. We're renovating our home and the next phase is to purchase a gas fireplace. I went there intending to buy our gas fireplace...I left with 3 brochures and advice to look up what we wanted on there website because it would take to much of Petes time

We had a wood stove and wood fireplace insert installed this week. The guys at Cozy Flame couldn't have been more helpful. In addition to a flawless installation, they performed demolition of an old chimney, and custom cut the insert faceplate on site. Extremely friendly & professional, will be using them for all my fireplace chimney & grill needs going forward.

The staff tailored my purchase exactly to my needs. They maintained excellent contact with a personal touch. The owner and staff worked carefully with my builder (at Cape Cod) by phone to ensure precise installation. They were able to meet my cost and propane fireplace requirements better than other companies in my search.
