I bought my house in November of last year. Never having used the chimrny I had it inspected to make sure everything was safe. Freeze's arrived on time and performed an inspection. They didn't try to sell me unnecessary services and gave me straightforward answers while also educating about a fireplace and chimney that I had no idea how to use. Integrity isn't very common anymore but you'll find it with Freeze's. When I'll eventually need to clean my chimney and change the liner i know exactly who to call.

We had a gentleman come out today (Mr Freeze - believe his first name was Larry, but I couldn’t swear to it - sad to say I am bad with names) and he was very professional and courteous. He looked things over inside and out and he concluded that we did not need our fireplace cleaned after all. We have been in this house nearly 7-1/2 years and thought it would be a good idea to see about getting it cleaned out. He was very good about answering any and all questions we had as well. In addition, he didn’t charge us a penny for having come out and we are in Verona, Ky. He was Awesome!!!

It is rare to find a business that is completely trustworthy. Larry arrived as promised to replace a part in my woodstove that was recommended by a chimney sweep from another business. Although I purchased the part ahead of time, Larry took time and effort to take down and inspect and clean the original part, as well as replace some firebrick and tighten the door handle. Then, he showed me that the original part was still in good working order. I greatly appreciate his honesty and the time he took to do the job correctly. I am not a novice to hiring for home repairs, but on some level the homeowner
