JD's Chimney Solutions did a great job and at a great price. I highly recommend them for any chimney issues you may have. Due to clay tile issues had to pull out old stove, clean it all out (3 or 4 birds back there), ran flexible steel tubing from stove to brand new Chimney cap. No problem starting a fire now. They were very courteous, arrived exactly on time, and cleaned up their mess, I couldn't be happier. Will definitely use for cleanings and if repairs are needed.

After receiving a quote and waiting for weeks for them to repair my chimney they finally showed up. They started work and worked for a couple hours. Before I knew it they left. I thought they had gone to lunch but I found a note in the mail box that said the chimney was not repairable. They did not have the common curtesy to talk to me about the situation. Did a sloppy patch on what they removed and left it looking worse that when they started.

Jeremy and his assistant arrived on time, explained everything and were very personable. We haven’t used our fireplace for several years and they needed to pull out the insert to do the cleaning. They were also able to answer my questions. I would highly recommend them!

They explained things in a way I could understand, and were very quick and efficient at getting the job done. I couldn't be happier with the work they did! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We needed our fireplace inspected. He showed up on time, gave us the okay to use it but showed me a few things that needed to be fixed in the future. He was very good at explaining why it is important to fix it as well as a quote for how much it will cost. He also gave me clear instructions on how to use it since this is my first working fireplace! I have no complaints!
