My house needed a water heater installation and A company that I used locally told me that my chimney was blocked and other issues had to be taken care of before they could install the water heater. I called chimney care and they told me they were making appointments one month out. I knew in my mind that I needed water immediately because I have been without water for two days. Out of the blue, they called me back and told me that They could Squeeze me in on the next day to look at the problem. 😎To get to the end of the story ,,,they will give me an estimate today and possibly fix it very soon

This company is fantastic. Very busy - they put us on a wait list, and when they had an opening, they called us and moved us up on the list. We so appreciated that.
This is the 2nd time we used them. We previously used another company that tried to scam us, not once but twice. So we called Chimney Care (came highly recommended). They inspected our fireplace and cleaned it. The inspection showed that we did not need to replace anything.
They were prompt and thorough. We highly recommend this company.

Shane and Christian came out and completed the installation of a gas vented fireplace insert in one day. Project required conversion of our wood burning fireplace to this gas log stove. Shane had to run a gas line and electrical line for this install. Fireplace looks great and works with the touch of a remote. It throws a lot of heat too! The team was professional, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. We are very pleased with our purchase and installation!

The four month wait for an appointment was well worth it. The technician was knowledgeable, willing and able to answer questions, and showed me what he found with suggestions throughout the process. He helped us with other aspects of using the fireplace that we had questions on and took care to look into small things for us which were very helpful! I will be using them again!

We had a chimney inspection and chimney cleaning. I spoke with Amy both on the phone and through email. She was friendly and professional. I spoke with Brandi through email and she was friendly and professional as well. Our scheduling window was 8am - 12pm. Clark called at 8:30am and said he would arriving in about 30 minutes. He arrived at 8:55am. He was careful not to make a mess of the floor (it was a very rainy day)! He made sure to lay a tarp on the floor before walking in and out of the house. My wife and I just purchased a Fireplace X Apex 42 from Chimney Care Company and we could not be happier with their customer service. They were willing to spend the time with us as we tried to decided what wood burning unit would be best for us and our home. I had to book an appointment two months in advance, but it was well worth the wait. I moved into my house last summer and wanted peace of mind that the old fireplace and chimney were in good working condition. Shane was extremely helpful in explaining how my gas fireplace works and inspecting the entire system. I would highly recommend this company!

Friendly, expedient service! I called Amy on Monday for a quick chimney inspection to support our purchase of an historic home in Milford. Although they didn't have any openings for this week, Amy went out of her way to call the inspector to see if he could do the inspection so the loan appraiser would have the results to consider in our financing decision.
