In November 2020, our family had a new roof put on by Senez Roofing, and we are very happy with the whole experience.
Summer hurricanes in Louisiana had disrupted the supply chain for the specific shingles that we chose. The team reached out to us and explained we could pick another style, or wait and they would prioritize us. Fortunately, we were in a position where we could put off the roof for a few weeks. The style we chose was back in stock quicker than expected and not too long after, we had a brand new roof on our house.

After a freak little hail storm, my roof was damaged and the pool screens were punctured. We wanted other work done above what the insurance company would cover. Senez and his crew did an amazing job. I work in insurance and they were fair and got the job done. The house hasn't looked this good in years. Few years back, this company fixed my roofing problems quickly. This time I am distraught, paid good bucks to get the leaks fixed.Last week I had water everywhere, called Glen past Friday, said to call him Monday, did, and saiid he would have the guy out by end of day and would call me back, never happened, the rain came that night soaking my floors, thank you & never again. Not a good company to deal with, I could have found someone else before more damage happened to my home that day

Two men come here last Saturday to replace a rotten board and fix a leak.. they were very nice and did excellent work. You cannot even tell where they removed the old shingles and put in new ones. Heavy rain today and no leaks. Happy customer

Shawn or sean gave me a bid and said I needed15 pieces of wood after walking my roof. He said it was bad. He also said he would have to charge more due to the current situation and time. . I called another roofer called quibeck roofing. They did my roof and told me I needed ABSOLUTELY NO ADDED WOOD REPAIR. WOW. The price was thousands less!!!!!!!!!. "My roof redone employee put foot into my living room ceiling this was done 8-9-2019 & I have contacted them numerous times to ? when the repair would be done. As of today 1-31-2020 I still have a hole in my ceiling. I have contacted Glen Rogers several times and he is no longer returning my calls or answering calls from my number.They asked me to remove a complaint I posted on Facebook with the understanding that they would fix the damage they caused immediately. I am still waiting for some sort of resolution, but this company does not seem to care.

This company is honest and truthful. Their work was professional and proficient in the repair of my 2-year-old roof. The roof had workmanship defects that were not assessed on the final roof inspection by the required authorities. Six of seven roofing companies recommended a new roof. Senez’s professionals assessed the roof carefully and determined that it could be repaired and guaranteed the repairs and that the roof would pass a roof inspection by any roofing experts. I highly recommend this company. You will not regret it.

I honestly do not know why all the negative reviews. The crew that came to my home were fantastic. They were efficient, polite, hard working, and answered any question I had. I watched this well oiled machine run. It purred. Fascia and extras are never included in any of the estimates I received. i spent extra money for the stainless steel… nails and while this may seem petty, I checked on the progress of this roof. I had multiple leaks prior to the estimate and I have yet to see any since. I had the roof installed one month ago and not one shingle is out of place as IRMA just tore through

My fiancé and I were suggested to use them and on of their employees never showed up to the appointment and he claimed he "forgot" he made one, we were on a time limited with our realtor and our jobs, our realtor called him to see if he might have gotten lost and after he said he "forgot" he made the… appointment he was in ormond dropping off supplies and there was no reason for him to drive back for a "30 second inspection job".
