This is a family owned business who all work together very well. Charles, the salesman came out and gave us a very detailed estimate for our flat roof and mansard replacement. He even gave us a video of what needed to be done with photos of the entire roof. The owners daughter, Amy who was our contact person throughout the project, was always available to answer questions and address any issues that came up. Charles and Amy are the two people I had the most interaction with. They were both great professionals and provided great service and availability. The roof was a little more than the quote BUT it was not unexpected as the extra charges for wood replacement were explained well in the contract. Overall, this company went out of the way to provide superior, products, service, clean up and even sent painters to touch up the new wood work! 100% 5* rating was my experience! Call them, you'll be glad you did!

I was able to hire Nine Square Roofing after a hurricane tore up our roof a few years back! They worked with me on timing knowing that timing was an issue and were a great family owned company! Very trustworthy, very professional, and told me everything to expect as things do change after getting started. Great company! A few years later my neighbor was looking for a roofer, I suggested Nine Square Roofing and he was just as happy with his roof and the process as well! This is the best contractor I have ever worked with! I've dealt with different contractors over the years and it is very difficult to have a company that is competent, communicates, and shows up on time. The whole crew was very professional. Charles did a great job of inspecting the roof and documenting the hail damage. And then he worked with my insurance to process a hail claim. The office manager (Amy) constantly kept me informed on scheduling, permitting, and other events. Everything she told me happened the day she said it would. I did not hire this company to replace my roof, but they were the runner-up in the half dozen bids I received. It was a difficult decision to go with a different company; Nine Square was a bit higher price-wise than the company I went with. Both had excellent reviews and outstanding customer service.
I'm leaving 5 stars because this family business was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The video of my roof project was top-notch and Charles spent a long time speaking to me and answering questions. Amy was a delight to speak with.

Nine Square Roofing is an example of a business that's run like it should be. Promises made - Promises kept. They delivered high-quality work in a timely fashion, kept in constant communication with us, and if there was a glitch or two (that was out of their hands), they promptly fixed it.

Company was very professional and responsive. In the middle of high demand for building materials they managed to get the job done sooner than expected. Great customer service. Amy was very helpful and cordial. The installers worked really hard to get the rood installed. They worked pretty much from the moment they arrived till they left.
