I have used American Carpet and Floor several times and I have always been pleased with their work. Hossein is always helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He gives you options to best fit your needs. The carpet people did a great job with installation and Abbas that puts in the wood floor, did a great job. When there is a challenge in the job, he will figure it out. He is always polite and professional. I will use American Carpet for my next project.

Superb service from Hossein and team. We installed new LVP and carpet. It’s absolutely beautiful and installed with perfection. The team is friendly and professional and the job was completed on time and with care. Hossein was great to communicate with throughout the process from selection through ordering and installation. He helped me select a runner for the hall by email based on vague guidance I provided and it’s beautiful as well.

It really is hard to describe my experience as I am still in shock. I had my whole house carpeted yesterday. Not a good thing to do. This is not something you do more than once in a lifetime. We were told to take everything off of our furniture make sure there was at least 12" high in the closets so the rugs could be replaced. I even got rid of alot of my furniture. My husband and I thought we did a pretty good job until that morning when the boss came and told us that we needed to take the pillows off the beds etc. We did in two rooms and said they could work in those rooms then we would came

Excellent service & pricing!!! Quoted and completed the job in 24 hours because they re-arranged the schedule to accomodate us. The salesman was professional and courteous - and the crew did a great job. The carpet looks great! They even added upgraded pad and carpet in the high-traffic area for no charge because they did not have enough carpet on-hand.
