Mike Trahomi is the owner and they were really great. We shopped Home Depot , Lowes, Royal Carpet and found the best grade and color carpet four all four rooms upstairs. He had it arranged and installed in 2 days. No delays no issues. His installers were professional , clean and quick. We love our new carpet and I'm thrilled. Thanks Mike. We will see u again in the future. ! He is family oriented , extremely personable and nice but because he's old school his website does not serve him justice. Go to the showroom and talk to him. It's worth the trip.

The owner (Mike) of this small store provided us quality personal service in every way. He made sure we had the best flooring products for our home in Burke. He also made sure the installers were there when we needed them. Very good service at a very reasonable price. I would shop there again and will recommend FC&R to my friends and family.

If I could rate this business any lower, I would. We selected a carpet for our basement with the owner, who gave us an estimate based on the dimensions of our basement that we provided to him. We signed a contract based on that estimate. He then came out to our house to see the worksite and verify our dimensions. Somehow, his measurements were much higher than the the ones provided by five other carpet places, which were all the same. He also decided to tack on costs that he originally told us would be free of charge (moving furniture, removing the old carpet, etc.). We cancelled the contract

Fashion Carpet & Rug did a fantastic job redoing our floors in our home. The owner himself came out to our house after a thoughtful phone call inquiring on the types of flooring we prefered. He brought samples to our home at a convenient time for us and went through the whole process step by step. As indecisive as we were, Mike, the owner, stayed organized and patient coming out to our home (not convenient to his office) numerous times to bring different samples, discuss colors, and to make sure we understood the workflow.
