Canonsburg General Woodcrafting was originally founded in 1953. We began as a small custom built cabinet shop, and in 1958 we expanded to West Pike Street in Canonsburg. 30 years later Ron Pointek decided to purchase the business from the previous owners. At his old job Ron used Canonsburg General Woodcrafting numerous times for cabinetry, and he realized the potential of the business.

Ken Pointek is the owner and proprietor of Canonsburg General Woodcrafting. He began working at CGW with his father Ron Pointek, the previous owner, in 1993. Prior to entering his career in cabinetry sales, Ken studied at Penn State Behrend where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
