I called to ask about an estimate for my fireplace. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. I followed the instructions she provided and reached out to Larry with the specifics. Larry called and talked me through a solution that did not involve this company or make them money, and he still took the time to talk me through it and help me understand my options. We contacted Chimney Care Plus LLC for flue inspection and cleaning. Larry was very professional and completed a thorough inspection documenting findings and providing photos of his inspection. Resulting from his recommendations we requested installation of a lock top damper. For both jobs Larry kept the area clean and protected the carpets. I highly recommend this company.

Without a doubt, this is the most professional, courteous company I've ever dealt with. On top of that, their work is top-notch! I can't say enough good things about Larry and his crew. On time, efficient, professional, courteous and caring they took time to explain everything to me in detail. From the first phone call to the last service call everything was excellent. Larry, owner, did a great job on the repairs to my chimney. He is super friendly, very courteous, and does great work. His staff (his family) is also extremely courteous. They have to work around the weather to get jobs done, but once the temperature went up and the sun returned, they were fixing my leaky chimney! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I called to request a chimney inspection for the purchase of a new home and spoke with Ann. Although they didn't have any available times in the time frame i needed, Ann was so sweet and educated me on things I had not a clue about. They are a small family owned business. You can tell they really enjoy what they do just from my 10 minute conversation with Ann. Now i understand why I couldn't make a last minute appointment, because they are good at their job, and when you're good at a job you are very busy. Highly recommend!

Chimney Care Plus came out today to clean my chimney and dryer vent. This is the second time I've used their service and both times they have been great. They are friendly, informative, thorough, and professional. They had good suggestions, they're not pushy about trying to sell anything, they are really just the kind of people you want to do business with. I even received a call to say that they were running a little late, which I appreciated. They were friendly toward my dog, took care to keep things clean, and answered all my questions. I think they're great!

Chimney Care Plus came out to clean my dryer vent about a month ago. Larry and team were prompt, courteous, effective and professional. They did a really great job and I'll definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks for the wonderful service! My new dryer's "Check Vent" light turned off immediately after the vent was cleaned and it's still off :-)
