Johnny from creative floors was great to work with no job is too big or too small. His team did a great job on taking out my hardwood that was ruined by water and then replacing it with the new. Communication, Customer Service top notch. This is the third time we are using Creative Floors for home improvements and their workmanship, attention to detail and on time delivery and installation are second to none.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. We needed our ancient hardwood floors replaced in our condo, and we only had a short and very specific window of time when such a project would work for us. We also wanted someone to come in and do the assessment in person, prior to issuing a quote.

We had an excellent experience with Creative Floors; the project included removing 20 yr old carpeting and laying down floating Luxury Vinyl Planks in 4 bedrooms, a hall, set of stairs and a large family room.
The workmanship is evident in the completed work . The crew have strong work ethics, they were always prompt and left the house neat. They worked 11 hour days! We couldn't have found a better company & team of people to work with for our project!
I will use them again for any project and I highly recommend them!

We removed carpet in the dining room and piano room and replaced with hardwood floors. We had existing hardwood floors so Creative Floors had to match the color. We feel they did a good job matching it as best they could and the floors turned out great. Only issue is the walls have to be touched up with paint to cover all the smudges on wall.

OCT 2021. This is actually the second time that I have used Creative floors. So that speaks volumes. I purchased flooring from them for a portion of my house last year, and then again this fall I had them refinish my red oak floors in a natural finish. They were even able to fix some squeaky boards. The work was fantastic, I just love my new floors, and recommend Creative floors to help you as well. I will definitely be hiring them again for some basement flooring this coming spring. It's nice to have a flooring company that you can count on and go back to for repeat work. The cost was fair

We originally bought tile for our kitchen and entryway with the intention of DIY-ing, but after some research realized we were way out of our depth. Johnny and his team were fantastic! They helped us refinish existing hardwood floors and extended new hardwood floors throughout our living room. Sean has just completed new flooring in our hallway as well as laying new carpet on our stairs and landing area. From the first meeting with Sean, he was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward and gave us some great advice/ideas. Used this company to refinish and extend hardwood floors in our new home. The old floors were significantly damaged with scratches and the team was able to make them look brand new. The extension blends in flawlessly as well. They also helped upgrade our carpeted staircase into hardwood with a carpet runner which looks great. It's a unique "T" shape, and Johnny helped make sure we picked out the right carpet pattern work with the transition. We are so happy with their service. I recently used Creative Floors for Hardwood floor installation. From beginning to the end, everything just fantastic. Adrian, the project manager is always available when I need him, super easy to communicate, and offer advice but still listen to what the customers need. When our basement flooded and I wanted a hardy, but beautiful long term solution Johnny was an excellent advisor. We ended up using a luxury vinyl plank, choosing from the many excellent options. So happy with the end product. Their bid was 40% less than two others and the entire process took less than 2 days, which was great since it was the only bathroom on the 1st floor. I worked with Johnny to replace the floors in our entryway. We had an old and dark parquet and switched to a pretty marble looking porcelain. Timing of product delivery and installation were on point and price was fair. Johnny stayed in touch through scheduling and stopped by the job twice to check on things. From the very first call of our inquiry on a home project the owner was timely with his response, fair with his pricing and committed to everything that was discussed. We were told that the project would take 3 to 4 days which included almost the entire first floor of our home. The team worked 11 and 12 hour shifts to meet the deadline.
No shortcuts were taken as the floors look stunning.
